Trách nhiệm công việc Lên ý tưởng, sáng tạo, trực tiếp thiết kế giao diện UI/UX cho Web Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận liên quan (Development, QA, BA, ...) để xây dựng đưa ra bản thiết kế tối ưu xuyên suốt dự án. Tham gia nghiên cứu góp ý và chia sẻ giúp cải thiện chất lượng sản phẩm. Đưa những thiết kế xu hướng vào sản phẩm. Thiết kế các sản phẩm, hình ảnh cho sản phẩm (effect, logo, wireframe, ...). Xây dựng và feedback cho các tính năng của sản phẩm. Áp dụng tốt các nguyên tắc thiết kế lấy người dùng làm trung tâm. Chú ý đến các chi tiết nhỏ, tính nhất quán và chất lượng của sản phẩm. Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học, chuyên ngành thiết kế hoặc công nghệ thông tin. Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm thiết kế UI UX. Có kinh nghiệm lên layout sản phẩm trên nền web; Sử dụng thành thạo sketch, photoshop; Có thể sử dụng after effects, illustrator, XD là 1 lợi thế; Có kiến thức về HTML/CSS là một lợi thế. Có thể xử lý tốt UI dựa trên yêu cầu, feedback của khách hàng. Có tinh thần chủ động, chủ động giao tiếp trong team, đưa ra ý kiến, phản hồi để đóng góp và cải tiến, hoàn thiện sản phẩm/ dự án trong team. Có tinh thần trách nhiệm, tính cam kết chất lượng công vệc và uy tín về deadline. Có tính cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ trong công việc; tính đa nhiệm. Trách nhiệm công việc1. Performance Management (50%): Successfully implement treasury strategy and policies set by Group Treasury and local management. Manages treasury and funding activities including meeting short and long-term funding needs, ensure sufficient capital for business activities. Build and maintain positive relationship with investors and banks. Manage processes of corporate bond and CD issuance in addition to borrowings from banks. 2. Reporting/Portfolio Analysis (45%): Analyzes market conditions using the fundamental and technical indicators and provide analysis/update to management, clients and concerned units. Report to ALCO, Global Business Team and Management Board on liquidity risks and interest rate risks as well as funding and treasury plans. Coordinate with Financial Planning & Analysis team to analyze the current and future funding requirements to support business growth. Coordinate with Accounting team to maintain regulatory compliance related to prudential ratios and safety limits for credit institutions. 3. Other functions (5%): Other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn1. Qualification University graduate major in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Statistics. Hold relevant Accounting/Finance certifications is a plus 2. Work Experience At least 5 years of experience working in accounting department. Experiences in delivering group financial/managerial reports. Practical experience in a business-driven culture and multi-national corporations is an advantage. 3. Knowledge Familiar with accounting systems and processes. Proficiency in MS Office. Expertise in Vietnamese Tax Law, VAS is an advantage. Understanding of banking/consumer finance industry is an advantage 4. Skills Good Excel skills Good communication, well-organized, time management, good reporting skills. Ability to work in time sensitive, team environment with attention to details.
