Division meetings arrangement, internal and external, including schedule, invitation, taken minutes and all relevant tasks. Liaising and strengthening relationships with internal departments and vendors. Follow-up with relevant Departments and Divisions (internal or external D&B) to consolidate, review and deliver regular reports on time in high quality.
