1. Application Support & Troubleshooting• Provide technical support for web and SaaS applications, including troubleshooting andresolving user issues.• Act as a liaison between end-users and development teams to ensure that issues are resolvedpromptly and effectively.• Document and maintain up-to-date records of application issues, resolutions, and processes.• Continuously monitor and analyze application performance, identifying areas for improvementand optimizing systems for better efficiency.2. System Administration & Maintenance• Assist in the administration of CRM, DMS, and other systems, ensuring their smooth operationand efficiency.• Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's Intranet site based on MicrosoftSharePoint Online.• Provide IT helpdesk support to users, resolving basic IT issues, and escalating complex issuesto the appropriate teams.3. Project Management & Collaboration• Gather requirements for change requests/new projects and collaborate with development teamsto ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.• Participate in the testing and implementation of new application releases, ensuring they meetthe required standards and specifications.• Work closely with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that application systemsalign with business objectives.4. Other responsibilities• Provide training and support to users on software applications and systems, as needed.• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in application development and support.
