Nhiệm vụ chuyên môn:- Xây dựng dự thảo kế hoạch kiểm toán hằng năm đối với phạm vi công việc được phân công, báo cáo tình hình thực hiện kế hoạch kiểm toán định kỳ;- Xây dựng Kế hoạch, chương trình kiểm toán chi tiết cho từng cuộc kiểm toán trong phạm vi công việc được phân công trình TKTNB;- Triển khai/ Phối hợp triển khai thực hiện các cuộc kiểm toán đã được BKS phê duyệt( theo Đoàn Kiểm toán) và báo cáo kết quả thực hiện tới Trưởng KTNB sau khi hoàn thành;- Tổng hợp kết quả kiểm toán và báo cáo theo dõi tình hình thực hiện khắc phục các kiến nghị KTNB đã thống nhất trong các cuộc kiểm toán hoặc trong phạm vi công việc được phân công;- Xây dựng cập nhật hồ sơ rủi ro của KTNB làm cơ sở cho việc lập và triển khai thực hiện Kiểm toán đối với phạm vi công việc được phân công;- Quản lý, giám sát chất lượng cuộc kiểm toán được phân công thực hiện trong vai trò Trưởng Đoàn Kiểm toán;- Đề xuất chương trình đào tạo Trưởng KTNB và tham gia các chương trình đào tạo để đảm bảo hoàn thành phạm vi công việc được phân công;- Xây dựng và triển khai thực hiện công việc theo ngân sách hoạt động hằng năm trong phạm vi nhiệm vụ được Trưởng KTNB phân công;- Thực hiện quy định về quản lý, lưu trữ, bảo mật thông tin, hồ sơ Kiểm toán;- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng KTNB.
