Nhiệm vụ: - Tiếp nhận thông tin và soạn thảo báo giá cước dịch vụ phù hợp với thị trường, khu vực.- Phân tích hồ sơ thầu, chuẩn bị hồ sơ thầu cho các dự án công ty- Lập hợp đồng/phụ lục và theo dõi việc ký kết với đối tác.- Quản lý hợp đồng, đối soát cước và lập hồ sơ thanh toán hàng tháng cho các HĐ đã ký kết với các đối tác.- Hỗ trợ hồ sơ báo giá cho các đối tác.2. Báo cáo và ủy quyền: - Lập báo cáo theo dõi định kỳ cho Giám Đốc Phòng Phát Triển Kinh Doanh (doanh thu, công nợ…)- Theo dõi và đôn đốc nhắc nhở công nợ khách hàng.- Khảo sát nhu cầu khách hàng theo khu vực, báo cáo kết quả khảo sát.- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác khi được cấp trên yêu cầu.3. Quan hệ công tác: Đối nội- Quan hệ tốt với đồng nghiệp cùng phòng cũng như các phòng ban/ trung tâm công ty.Đối ngoại:- Là đầu mối thông tin/ yêu cầu giữa khách hàng và các phòng ban/ trung tâm có liên quan.- Quan hệ với cơ quan Nhà nước: Sở Thông Tin Truyền Thông, Cục Viễn Thông.4.  As a key player in the Engineering Software Product Management team under the Digital Design Solutions group, the Software Product Manager will be leading projects that provide engineered software solutions for the building industry.
