Thiết kế và triển khai kiến trúc thư viện lõi bằng ngôn ngữ Rust, chịu trách nhiệm về các thành phần cốt lõi như: quản lý kết nối, mã hóa, phiên làm việc, heartbeat, thống kê hệ thống. Phát triển framework truyền thông bất đồng bộ hiệu năng cao, sử dụng các thư viện như Tokio, Quinn, mio hoặc tương đương. Duy trì và tối ưu giao diện C ABI để tích hợp với Dart FFI, đảm bảo khả năng tương tác ổn định giữa Rust và Flutter. Biên dịch và tạo sản phẩm đa nền tảng: hỗ trợ iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, đảm bảo tính tương thích và hiệu năng tối ưu. Tham gia phân tích, thiết kế kiến trúc mạng, xác định các yêu cầu kỹ thuật về hiệu năng, bảo mật, và khả năng mở rộng. Nghiên cứu và tối ưu các giao thức mạng, đảm bảo hiệu quả truyền dữ liệu, giảm độ trễ và tối ưu băng thông. Phối hợp với các nhóm kỹ sư Flutter, backend, DevOps để tích hợp thư viện lõi vào hệ thống tổng thể. Viết tài liệu kỹ thuật, thực hiện kiểm thử đơn vị (unit test) và hỗ trợ triển khai trong môi trường thực tế.

TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH:Lập trình tích hợp/nâng cấp cho các hệ thống công nghệ của Ngân hàng:Tham gia xây dựng kế hoạch thực hiện tích hợp/chuyển đổi hệ thống.Thực hiện rà soát và tiếp nhận tài liệu đặc tả chi tiết kỹ thuật phát triển ứng dụng.Tham gia và phát triển phần mềm ứng dụng trên nền tảng Web và Service trên nền tảng Java. Tham mưu và đề xuất phương án cải tiến nhằm nâng cao khả năng chịu tải và an toàn cho các kết nối giữa các hệ thống với nhau.Lập trình tích hợp, kiểm tra, sửa lỗi các hệ thống theo kế hoạch đảm bảo tuân thủ theo quy trình nghiệp vụ, tiến độ, tiêu chuẩn, chất lượng, sản phẩm CNTT.Thực hiện kiểm thử (Unit Test).Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp quản lý. 

1) Verify all documents being submitted to Accounting Dept to ensure proper, accurate and compliant with internal policies, governmental regulations, and VAS;2) Timely input transactions into accounting system: AR, AP, FA, Inventories, Bank, Petty cash, GJ;3) Ensure customs import shipment dossiers properly made and filed;4) Prepare PMT forms, online banking payment forms, and liaise with banks for bank related issues;5) Monitor inventory, fixed assets, tool & equipment and prepaid expenses;6) Keep track of A/R and cooperate with CS/Sales admin to follow up with customers for overdue payments;7) Be in charge of operating expenses & and manage AP to ensure timely payment;8) Take charge of preparing VAT reports upon proper invoices filling;9) Issue VAT invoices upon receiving sufficient/proper documents from CS/Sales Admin;10) Prepare project investment report11) Prepare P&L monthly & quaterly & yearly12) Handle some admin jobs such as office facility, equipment, etc., where necessary;13) Other jobs assigned by Supervisor.
