I. Mục đích công việc:Tham gia xây dựng, triển khai, vận hành, và cải tiến các công cụ/mô hình đo lường rủi ro tín dụng nhằm phục vụ công tác giám sát danh mục, cảnh báo sớm và tuân thủ quy định NHNN, Basel, IFRSII. Nhiệm vụ chính:• Thu thập, xử lý, phân tích dữ liệu tín dụng từ hệ thống ngân hàng.• Tham gia xây dựng, hiệu chỉnh, kiểm định mô hình PD, LGD, EAD, Stress Test.• Thiết kế dashboard/báo cáo phục vụ giám sát KVRR, HMRR tín dụng và cảnh báo sớm.• Phối hợp với CNTT triển khai công cụ đo lường rủi ro trong hệ thống core/BI.• Thực hiện kiểm định định kỳ (back-testing, validation) để đánh giá hiệu quả mô hình.• Nghiên cứu chuẩn mực quốc tế (Basel, IFRS9) và đề xuất cải tiến công cụ.• Soạn báo cáo kỹ thuật và hỗ trợ trình bày kết quả cho Ban lãnh đạo

Nhiệm vụ chính • Lập phương án thiết kế quy hoạch hệ thống cấp thoát nước (hạ tầng) các dự án khu đô thị, khu công nghiệp, các nhà máy công nghiệp • Lập phương án thiết kế hệ thống cấp thoát nước (trong nhà) các hạng mục công trình dân dụng, công nghiệp • Thiết kế quản lý các trạm xử lý nước sạch, trạm xử lý nước thải • Phối hợp với các bộ môn khác như kiến trúc, kết cấu, ME, hạ tầng giao thông, cấp điện… • Lập thuyết minh, báo cáo về thiết kế cấp thoát nước • Quản lý, kiểm soát hồ sơ thiết kế. Làm việc trực tiếp với các bên tư vấn, nhà thầu… về các vấn đề liên quan đến công trình nhằm đảm bảo các yêu cầu về chất lượng, tiến độ • Cập nhật các quy định, quy chuẩn, văn bản trong lĩnh vực xây dựng và kỹ thuật khác có liên quan • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công

PURPOSE / OBJECTIVES Work closely with Production, Chemical, Quality, Safety and Controls teams to ensure that plant priorities are met. To carry out routine, preventive maintenance on a wide range of plant.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES • React quickly to plant breakdown situations when notified by production and provide timely, robust solutions to return plant to full productivity. • Ensure compliance with planned maintenance strategies for plant and equipment. • Attend shift briefs to ensure continuity and quality of work across all shifts. • Recommend and support value added improvement initiatives where appropriate. • To support the Kingspan manufacturing process by being proactive on the correction and modification of reoccurring machine processing faults. • Make operations aware of any machine issues and aid with stock control by reporting potential shortages. • Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, HSE awareness and housekeeping in all work areas. • Attend educational courses, workshops, training etc. to develop technical knowledge and abilities. • Carry out modifications and installation work where required to continually improve plant reliability, safety and process quality. • Designs maintenance strategies, procedures and methods, organizes routine servicing schedules. • Other tasks as required.
