Position Title: Senior AccountantReports to: Chief AccountantScope of work: Fixed asset managementLocal taxes including but not limit to VAT refund, WHT, CIT & taxes declaration/finalization and financial report analysisResponsibilities1. Taxes • Provide various tax compliance, tax advisory, tax health-check, pre-tax audit review, and tax audit support services • Represent the company in working with the tax and custom authorities, where necessary • Recommend opinions and positions on tax, TP issues to manager • Responsible for tax calculation, reporting, tax compliance and other tax/TP-related matters. • Responsible for checking, making and sending tax reports, tax declaration periodically according to the regulations of the Company and the local regulations • Be responsible for explaining, providing documents and data to audit units, tax inspection teams or the requirements of local authorities on tax compliance. • Plan optimization and take advantage of tax incentives • Prepare dossier, supporting document for VAT refund process in timely manner and high efficiency within specific deadlines; • Regular reconciliation of the VAT control accounts and records; • Reviewing data and documents of revenue to ensure tax invoice is properly issued in timely manner in compliance with the regulations of the company and local tax authorities. • Assist Manager to perform reviewing of non-eligible expenses.2. Fixed asset management • Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets. • Recommend management any updates to PPE accounting policy related to FA. • Assign tag numbers to fixed assets and perform labeling in a timely manner. • Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the SAP system. • Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset sub-ledger to the GL account-level. • Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets. • Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation. • Calculate asset retirement obligations for those fixed assets to which AROs are applicable. • Investigate the potential obsolescence/idleness of fixed assets. • Conduct periodic impairment reviews for intangible assets. • Conduct periodic physical counts of fixed assets. • Recommend to management whether fixed assets should be disposed of. • Represent the company during any audits that involve fixed assets.3. - Successfully perform failure analyses on internally generated failures from new product development activities, qualification, design debug as well as customer returns.- Isolate failure mechanisms on a very wide variety of product lines including complex Image Sensors, ASICs, Analog, Mixed Signal, Digital Logic, Filters, and Smart Discretes.- Analyze background information, ATE data logs, X-Ray, and SAT results. Characterize the failure mode on the bench using semiconductor parameter analyzers, oscilloscopes, function generators, logic testers, application boards and other general purpose bench equipment to develop an appropriate analysis plan.- Employ and interpret core fault localization techniques such as PEM and OBIRCH, while considering CAD layout, schematic and failure mode information.- Direct and oversee material and physical analysis efforts including SEM, FIB, TEM, EDS, Auger, FTIR, SIMS, etc. to visualize the failure mechanism.- Comprehensively and clearly document the analyses, succinctly linking failure mechanism to the failure mode as a part of the 8D problem solving process.

JOB SUMMARY:The Credit and Collection Executive is responsible for ensuring timely communication with customers regarding outstanding and overdue payments. The role involves following up on customer statements, addressing issues or complaints, coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, and maintaining accurate documentation for audits and regulatory purposes. The position requires a detail-oriented and patient individual with strong communication skills, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently while managing time effectively.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Contact customers to remind them of due and overdue payments on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.• Receive, record, and report any customer issues, problems, or complaints.• Follow up on customer statements (confirmation of balances) through multiple channels such as Zalo, post, email, and SMS until resolution.• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Accounting, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to reconcile and resolve issues, if any.• Check customers’ inventory when required.• Prepare and maintain documentation required for audits and local government purposes.• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Credit & Collection Manager
