Position Summary• This position will manage all trucking activities for the assigned area.• This position will be responsible for supplier verification, evaluation, dealing/negotiating for services and quotation, suggesting method of trucking/supplier management to minimize trucking cost.• This position is also in charge of KPI for trucking assigned area.• This position will conduct training and mentoring for staff.Duties and Responsibilities► Daily truck managementManage daily truck arrangement from staff following the SOP, ISO standards to ensure:• Arrange a suitable truck type for pickup and delivery.• Follow up pickup and delivery schedule to ensure timely and accurate plan.• Provide trucking cost, AT COST charge to UFS staff timely and correctly.► Cost managementMonitor all the costs sent by suppliers to ensure the correct monthly payment.• Check, verify all costs, billing statements from suppliers to make sure the accuracy of trucking charge, trucking type, and other arising fee.• Deal with trucking suppliers for services and quotation.• Negotiate with suppliers for reduction in trucking cost.• Negotiate for special cost of trucking for dedicated customers.• Prepare payment requests for trucking and container transportation.• Monitor all the payment statements from suppliers before submitting them to the Superiors.• Suggest managing methods to reduce trucking costs.► CustomersEnsure the highest level of customer service is always offered to both internal and external customers.• Respond promptly to internal/external customer’s queries.• Assist in broadening the customer base and ensuring the correction and punctuality of trucking cost.• Follow up all communication with the customer which is requested by the Division Manager to ensure that the customer is kept aware of all necessary information regarding their shipment.► Staff Management• Conduct regular internal trainings for staff (update new applicable rules/laws, cost, operation changes….)• Oversee KPI for trucking assigned area.► Email• Monitor emails, reply to messages, and act on information relayed where necessary within 24 hours of the initial inquiry being received.• Others as assigned.

• Phát triển, trực tiếp lập trình các hệ thống, ứng dụng của Ngân hàng, gồm các hệ thống nội bộ và ứng dụng dành cho khách hàng với quy mô 30 triệu khách hàng cá nhân và 300.000 khách hàng doanh nghiệp.• Phát triển hoặc phối hợp triển khai cùng các nhà cung cấp cho các giải pháp Công nghệ.• Quản lý, phát triển dịch vụ tích hợp với các hệ thống lõi của ngân hàng.• Quản lý, phát triển API trên API Gateway phục vụ tích hợp với các đối tác trong nước và quốc tế.• Tham gia nghiên cứu, thử nghiệm, triển khai áp dụng các xu hướng công nghệ mới vào việc phát triển: GraphQL, Docker Container (K8s), CICD, EventSourcing, CQRS, NoSQL ...• Lên timeline công việc, quản lý tasks cho các thành viên trong nhóm, giám sát và hỗ trợ các thành viên hoàn thành đúng cam kết.

• Thiết kế, đánh giá và tối ưu kiến trúc hệ thống cho các ứng dụng như cần xử lý dịch vụ phức tạp và yêu cầu realtime, tính sẵn sàng/scaling, chịu lỗi cao như gọi xe, ghép chuyến, pricing...• Định nghĩa và chuẩn hóa kiến trúc SOA / microservices phục vụ đa ứng dụng, đa thị trường (multi-tenant, multi-region).• Phân tích và re-engineer các hệ thống hiện tại để:o Nâng cao scalability, performance và availability.o Đảm bảo observability, tracing, tuning.o Chịu lỗi resilience, fault tolerance, giảm downtime, nâng cao trải nghiệm người dùng.• Đưa ra tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và làm việc cùng các đội phát triển (Dev & DevOps) triển khai đồng nhất theo best practices.• Làm việc cùng Product Owner và Tech Lead để định hình kiến trúc, giải pháp kỹ thuật và lựa chọn công nghệ phù hợp.• Tìm hiểu, thử nghiệm, đánh giá, đề xuất triển khai các giải pháp, phát triển ứng dụng về cả luồng nghiệp vụ và nền tảng/non-functional requirements, bao gồm cả DevSecOps, Integration, Observability, Data. Overview:We are seeking a passionate and capable Software Engineer to join our R&D team developing edge devices and network technologies for POS and Retail Solution Systems.You will work on designing, building, and optimizing embedded software and Linux-based systems that power our next-generation retail platforms.This position is ideal for young engineers who are eager to explore, research, and solve complex or niche technical problems that may not have ready-made solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and maintain software components for edge devices and network systems within retail/POS environments.• Build, customize, and optimize embedded Linux OS kernels according to device design and performance requirements.• Develop and integrate device drivers, middleware, and network protocols.• Implement performance tuning, debugging, and optimization for real-time and low-latency systems.• Collaborate with hardware and system engineers to define system architecture and integration workflows.• Research emerging technologies and propose innovative approaches for system improvement or problem-solving.• Write and maintain high-quality documentation for software modules, configurations, and test procedures.
