You will be responsible for preparing pre-feasibility reports, conducting in-depth financial analyses, evaluating market trends, and proactively sourcing new investment opportunities that align with the company’s strategic objectives.• Tìm kiếm và phát triển đối tác liên doanh, liên kết tham gia vào các dự án thành phần do Công ty làm chủ đầu tư, bao gồm các lĩnh vực: bất động sản, y tế, giáo dục, trường học, logistics. Identify and develop joint venture and strategic partnership opportunities for component projects developed by the company, across sectors such as real estate, healthcare, education, schools, and logistics.• Đề xuất mô hình hợp tác phù hợp, bao gồm phương án liên doanh, liên kết cho các dự án thành phần do Công ty đầu tư. Propose suitable collaboration models, including joint venture options for component projects invested by the company.• Xây dựng phương án tài chính và phân tích hiệu quả đầu tư cho các dự án trong lĩnh vực: nhà ở, nghỉ dưỡng, khách sạn, công nghiệp, logistics, giáo dục, y tế. Develop financial models and conduct investment efficiency analysis for projects in residential real estate, resorts, hospitality, industrial zones, logistics, education, and healthcare.• Phân tích hiệu quả đầu tư của các dự án mới ; thực hiện quy trình thẩm định và lập báo cáo nghiên cứu sơ bộ (pre-feasibility study). Analyze the investment potential of new projects; conduct due diligence and prepare pre-feasibility study reports.• Kiểm soát chi phí triển khai dự án theo tổng mức đầu tư (TMĐT) đã được phê duyệt. Monitor and control project implementation costs in accordance with the approved total investment budget.• Soạn thảo tài liệu pháp lý bao gồm: Thỏa thuận bảo mật (NDA), Biên bản ghi nhớ (MOU), Hợp đồng hợp tác kinh doanh, Hợp đồng chuyển nhượng, và các văn bản liên quan. Draft legal documents including NDAs, MOUs, Business Cooperation Agreements, Transfer Contracts, and other related documents.• Tổng hợp và phân tích báo cáo dòng tiền cho từng dự án và tổng dòng tiền của toàn bộ danh mục đầu tư của Công ty. Consolidate and analyze cash flow reports for individual projects and for the company’s overall investment portfolio.• Thực hiện các báo cáo định kỳ và đột xuất theo yêu cầu và quy định của Công ty. Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports in compliance with the Company’s regulations and requirements.
