Job Purpose: The Valuation Actuary is responsible for leading and executing all Actuarial valuation, financial reporting and reserve related activities for TC Life. Key Accountabilities 1. Công tác Tổng thanh tra • Tổ chức tổng thanh tra toàn diện các cơ sở thuộc nhóm phụ trách theo kế hoạch được LĐ phê duyệt. • Thực hiện tổng thanh tra cơ sở vật chất, chất lượng dịch vụ và kiểm soát tuân thủ của cơ sở. Ghi nhận lỗi, tổng hợp báo cáo trên phần mềm FM – Thanh tra theo đúng quy định. • Kiểm tra công tác khắc phục lỗi của cơ sở. • Lập và trình phê duyệt báo cáo Tổng thanh tra. 3. Công tác Kiểm soát chuyên đề • Tổ chức thanh tra Chuyên sâu theo kế hoạch đã duyệt các lĩnh vực thuộc nhóm phụ trách. • Lập đề cương chi tiết triển khai các bước thanh tra chuyên đề. • Triển khai công tác thanh tra Chuyên đề theo đề cương được phê duyệt. • Thẩm định báo cáo Chuyên đề. • Hậu kiểm việc khắc phục và hoàn thiện các đề xuất cải thiện. 4. Thanh tra vụ việc • Tổ chức thanh tra các sự vụ do Lãnh đạo Công ty yêu cầu. • Trực tiếp thanh tra các sự vụ phức tạp. • Thẩm định báo cáo thanh tra của nhân viên cấp dưới và từ các bộ phận Phòng/ Ban khác trong Công ty. • Hậu kiểm việc khắc phục và hoàn thiện các đề xuất cải thiện. 5. Các công việc chuyên môn khác • Tổ chức rà soát công tác tuân thủ quy định của Công ty và lập biên bản vi phạm. • Lập biên bản theo yêu cầu của CBLĐ. • Phối hợp với Trung tâm Camera, các BP tự thanh tra để hoàn thành sự vụ. • Tham gia rà soát Hệ thống Quy trình/Quy định của Công ty; phối hợp cập nhật, thẩm định Bộ tiêu chuẩn/bộ QĐQC của Công ty theo chỉ đạo của LĐ. • Tổng hợp và cập nhật vào kỷ yếu những lỗi vi phạm nghiêm trọng hoặc có giá trị giáo dục/cảnh báo lớn trình CBLĐ phê duyệt phát hành hàng quý. • Định kỳ hàng tháng thẩm định và trình CBLĐ phê duyệt các trường hợp không tuân thủ phát sinh ghi nhận trên phần mềm quản lý vi phạm, tại các cơ sở. • Phối hợp PNS rà soát và đồng bộ các BBVP trên phần mềm PoliceManagement sang SAP để trừ lương tháng. • Tổng hợp và cập nhật vào kỷ yếu những lỗi vi phạm nghiêm trọng hoặc có giá trị giáo dục/cảnh báo lớn. • Thực hiện các công việc phát sinh theo phân công của Cấp trên.

Along with finance controlling team consolidate and maps the BOM costing, including material consumption, and standard material losses b. Participate to the monthly efficiency variance operational meeting to identify the gaps and purpose continuous improvement activities c. Work with the operation team to map the year on year standard cost reduction strategy to improve company profitability d. Prepare RM BOMs to reflect any necessary changes for annual Budget.8. Ensure recipe compliance:a. Ensure to check RM compliance through confirmation from suppliers and proceed preliminary additive limitation assessment following global regulatory direction b. During the development of a new recipe, together with R&D team do the preliminary analysis for the maximum limits of additives and country conformity.c. Proactively embracing the updated regulatory requirement by evaluating the impact on current recipes and driving for the compliance of new regulation implementations.9. Documentation and Certifications:a. Collect technological information from R&D and relevant teams (QA, P&D), Suppliers to prepare technical documents for logistics, product registrations.b.
