Thực hiện quản lý chính sách, quy trình phát triển và vận hành hệ thống về mặt nghiệp vụ: Tham gia hoặc trực tiếp xây dựng một phần các công văn hướng dẫn để triển khai chính sách, quy trình vận hành hệ thống. Tham gia vào quá trình thực hiện quy định báo cáo thống kê của NHNN, Cơ quan quản lý Nhà nước.  2. Phối hợp các đơn vị liên quan: nâng cấp, chỉnh sửa, bảo trì hệ thống nhằm đảm bảo tính chính xác và phù hợp với yêu cầu quản trị từng thời kỳ, đồng thời đảm bảo khả năng kết nối với các hệ thống công nghệ cập nhật của ngân hàng.  3. Thực hiện kiểm soát quản trị vận hành hệ thống về nghiệp vụ  Theo dõi vận hành hệ thống MIS, MPA, Báo cáo thống kê hàng ngày: Theo dõi, kiểm tra dữ liệu vận hành; Phối hợp TTCN, cán bộ đầu mối chỉ tiêu và các đơn vị liên quan xử lý sự cố dữ liệu trong vận hành; Cập nhật nhật ký vận hành; Duy trì chỉ tiêu kiểm soát vận hành.  4. Triển khai quản lý dữ liệu đầu vào, chất lượng dữ liệu của hệ thống Đưa ra yêu cầu đơn giản đối với dữ liệu đầu vào của hệ thống.  Phối hợp với các đơn vị được giao phụ trách nghiên cứu phương án khai thác, điều chỉnh, bổ sung dữ liệu ở cấp độ công cụ.  5. Phối hợp thực hiện công tác đào tạo và nghiên cứu khoa học Tham gia hỗ trợ công tác giảng dạy, tập huấn nghiệp vụ chuyên môn cơ bản cho cán bộ trong hệ thống. Tham gia các đề tài khoa học, các đề xuất ứng dụng CNTT, các sáng kiến cải tiến của BIDV. Kỹ năng & Chuyên mônĐiều kiện về độ tuổi: không quá 35 tuổi tại thời điểm dự tuyển.  Kinh nghiệm: Ứng viên ngoài hệ thống: Tối thiểu 01 năm trong lĩnh vực tài chính ngân hàng, bảo hiểm, chứng khoán... liên quan đến lĩnh vực dữ liệu, báo cáo. We are seeking a Senior HRIS SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant to lead our in-house deployment and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, specifically Time Off, Time Tracking, and Employee Central Payroll background is advantageous. The role will be responsible for end-to-end solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support while ensuring business requirements are met with scalable, compliant, and user-friendly solutions.This is a hands-on, cross-functional role collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality system implementations and enhancements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors Time Off, Time Tracking, and Employee Central Payroll modules working in collaboration with ONE HR team and internally with Global HRIS team.Conduct requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders and translate business needs into system configurations.Configure time profiles, holiday calendars, accrual rules, overtime rules, and shift schedules.Design and implement payroll area configuration, pay calendars, wage types, and integration points with financial systems.Build and maintain business rules, workflows, and permissions to support time and payroll processes.Oversee data migration, testing, and validation activities for new implementations and enhancements.Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: blueprinting, build, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure compliance with labor laws, tax rules, and payroll regulations.Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to HR, Payroll, and IT teams.Act as functional lead for troubleshooting, defect resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
