We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer / Data Scientist to join our group. As a Senior AI Engineer / Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge solutions using Python, Machine Learning, LLMs, and classical NLP methodologies. You will work closely with our team of experts to analyze data, build models, and create innovative (Gen)AI solutions. Additionally, you will guide junior colleagues and possibly lead a topic. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning algorithms, models and LLM-based pipelines Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns Write production quality code in Python, using standard software engineering best practices (git, testing, etc.) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, understand and solve business problems Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, GenAI and data science  Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and engineers

Build and optimize real-time trading dashboards and complex trading workflows (watchlists, orders, positions, portfolios).Integrate and customize 3rd-party APIs and widgets, such as TradingView charts or financial data services.Develop high-performance tables and data grids to handle large, fast-updating datasets.Collaborate with backend teams to ensure low-latency streaming of market data (WebSockets, SSE, ...).Work with foreign PMs to clarify requirements, refine workflows, and deliver features aligned with product goals.Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security to support real-time trading at scale.Mentor team members, participate in architecture discussions, and enforce best practices in frontend engineering.

Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Develop and implement machine learning models to predict client behavior, engagement, and retention, improving overall platform performance.User & Trainer Insights: Analyze data to uncover patterns in user behavior and trainer effectiveness, providing actionable insights to enhance both client and trainer experience.Personalized Fitness Solutions: Create algorithms and predictive models to personalize fitness programs for clients based on historical data, goals, and preferences.Data Visualization & Reporting: Build dynamic dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to key stakeholders, ensuring insights are easily accessible and actionable.Collaboration & Product Optimization: Work with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate data science solutions into the Everfit platform, helping shape new features and refine user experience.Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize the platform’s features, user onboarding, and engagement strategies.Data Integrity & Quality: Ensure that data pipelines are clean, accurate, and processed efficiently to support reliable decision-making and model building.
