Design and develop backend architectures supporting AI/ML workloads, data learning platforms, and enterprise applications. Architect cloud‑native solutions with strong focus on scalability, security, reliability, and long‑term maintainability. Lead microservice‑based system design and contribute to the technical roadmap of service‑oriented architectures. Provide expert‑level architectural guidance and support engineering teams in key technical decisions. Build and operate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and modern DevOps toolchains. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to provision and manage cloud resources. Manage deployments, migrations, release processes, and ensure stable operations in production environments. Conduct ISMS security inspections, address vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with security policies. Propose and lead incident response and recovery strategies for system failures. Monitor cloud environments and optimize system performance and operational stability. Manage installation, configuration, and licensing of third‑party packages and middleware. Define and document architectural principles, development standards, and best practices. Work closely with cross‑functional teams and support Agile development methodologies.

You will analyse requirements, design test scenarios, execute test cycles, and work closely with developers, Product Owners and other key stakeholders to ensure issues are identified early and resolved efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on functional testing, investigation, and high‑quality documentation within an Agile delivery environment.  Key Responsibilities Testing Review and analyze requirements and acceptance criteria to create detailed test conditions and test cases. Execute manual and automated tests while also performing regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing across a product or products.Primarily hands-on functional testing, with opportunities to expand into automation and modern quality engineering practices.  Log, track, prioritise, and re-test defects, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution. Prepare and maintain test data and test environments. Validate API responses and data flows through manual checks (where applicable). Document test results and maintain traceability to requirements and defects. Contribute to the evolution of our quality engineering practices, including exploring modern tools and emerging technologies such as AI-assisted testing to improve efficiency and coverage over time. Collaboration & Quality Practices You will have a lot of internal contacts, so strong communication skills are important. Work with key stakeholders such as developers, the Product Owner and the Technical Architect to clarify requirements and ensure adequate test coverage. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos and retrospectives. Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes, documentation standards, and team practices. Support the wider team by sharing knowledge, raising risks early, and promoting quality‑first thinking.

You will translate business requirements into clear test strategies, design and execute manual and automated tests, and drive fast, stable, secure releases at scale. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product, BA, Engineering, DevOps/SRE, and Security to improve reliability, performance, and compliance across mission-critical user journeys. Responsibilities - Design and maintain test strategies and plans for web/mobile and API services; define scope, acceptance criteria, environments, and test data. - Create and execute manual and automated test cases (functional, integration, regression, smoke/sanity, UAT); apply risk-based and exploratory testing. - Test non-functionals: performance (load/stress/soak with JMeter/k6), basic security (OWASP awareness), compatibility (cross-browser/device, i18n/l10n), and accessibility. - Validate transactional flows - catalog, cart, checkout, payment, order, refund, loyalty—with attention to idempotency, data integrity, and error handling. - Log, prioritize, and track defects in Jira; verify fixes and prevent regressions. - Automate at the right layers (API/UI/component) and integrate into CI/CD with quality gates and clear reporting. - Monitor quality metrics (pass rate, defect density, escaped defects, flaky tests) and recommend improvements to reduce risk and time-to-release. - Partner with Engineering to refine acceptance criteria, improve testability/observability, and streamline the path to “production-ready.”
