We are looking for a proactive leader who can manage complex projects, drive high-quality outcomes, and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and Japanese clients.End-to-End Project Management: Lead opportunity analysis, pre-studies, implementations, and upgrades for new and existing customers.Delivery Excellence: Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful execution.Risk & Change Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies while handling project changes effectively.Process Optimization: Contribute to standardizing methodologies, tools, and best practices for continuous improvement.Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, including Japanese clients and steering committees.Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and support a team of 15–50 members, ensuring their professional growth and high-level delivery.

• Trực tiếp giao dịch với các đối tác Trung Quốc trong việc: Tìm kiếm nguồn hàng, hỏi hàng, đặt hàng, đàm phán giá cả, điều khoản thanh toán, thời gian giao hàng, chất lượng của hàng hóa…• Trực tiếp lập đơn hàng, làm hợp đồng; theo dõi, đôn đốc quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng.• Theo dõi, giám sát thời gian giao hàng, liên hệ với các công ty vận tải để chuyển hàng.• Đối chiếu công nợ với đối tác nước ngoài và làm thủ tục thanh toán.
