PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:The IT Manager at Spartronics Viet Nam is responsible for providing strategic leadership and effective management of the organization’s Information Technology function. This role plays a critical part in aligning IT systems, infrastructure, and operations with overall business objectives, supporting growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Technology Infrastructure: - Plan, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems. - Ensure infrastructure is secure, scalable, and reliable to support current and future organizational needs. 6. Information Security, Risk Management and Compliance: - Safeguard the organization’s data and ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards. - Establish robust IT policies and procedures to protect sensitive information and proactively address risks. - Lead IT security and risk management initiatives to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. 7. Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery: - Develop, implement, and regularly test business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure IT service resilience. - Identify critical systems and processes, and establish recovery time objectives and recovery point objectives. - Conduct periodic risk assessments and simulation exercises to validate recovery strategies and ensure preparedness. 8. Continuous Improvement: - Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance IT capabilities and drive innovation. - Evaluate and recommend new tools and systems to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness. 9. Budget and Resource Management: - Manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing return on IT investments. - Monitor and control expenditures, addressing deviations from budget as necessary. - Build and maintain vendor relationships, negotiating contracts to optimize cost-effectiveness and value delivery.

Compliance management:• Develop regulations, processes, and checklists for technology compliance assessment at Techcombank.• Organize planning and conduct periodic or ad hoc compliance assessments as required by the Leadership for technology activities to ensure compliance with the Bank's policies, regulations, and technology processes (in the field of operating technology systems, developing technology solutions and applications, ensuring information security, etc.).• Organize compliance assessments in the technology field at headquarters, main/backup data centers, main/backup data transfer centers according to issued documents.• Conduct assessments and monitor the maintenance of technology certificates applied at Techcombank.• Manage non-compliance points and corrective and preventive actions in the technology field; Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports on non-compliance points and corrective status to management levels.• Organize assessment of compliance status and organize implementation to ensure compliance with new regulations of State agencies in the technology field.• Conduct training, communication, and raise awareness of staff about the responsibility to comply with regulations in the technology field of the Bank.
