You will own end-to-end development: problem scoping, model design, engineering, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy advanced ML models and generative AI to enhance product capabilities. Build conversational AI experiences (chatbots, assistants) and productionize LLM-based features (prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, vector search). Conduct thorough data analysis and modelling; design experiments, baselines, and evaluation metrics. Finetune traditional ML models and modern LLMs (including transfer learning / parameter-efficient updates where applicable). Monitor and evaluate model performance in production. Collaborate cross-functionally with other AI engineers, backend engineers, product, QA, and leadership. Troubleshoot production issues, optimize latency/throughput and cost across infra stacks.Implement agile, hands-on approaches in project execution, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs.Document designs, communicate complex technical concepts to engineers and non-technical stakeholders in simple words.Contribute to the team's knowledge sharing, fostering an environment that values innovative thinking and the exploration of new ideas in Machine Learning.
