MỤC TIÊU CÔNG VIỆC Thực hiện công tác kiểm tra, giám sát hoạt động bán hàng trên thị trường và kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm của HABECO nhằm đảm bảo tuân thủ, hiệu quả và uy tín thương hiệu. TRÁCH NHIỆM VÀ NHIỆM VỤ 1. Công tác kiểm soát bán hàng. a) Xây dựng kế hoạch thực hiện kiểm tra, kiểm soát và giám sát hoạt động bán hàng. b) Tổ chức kiểm tra, kiểm soát việc tuân thủ quy trình, quy định, hướng dẫn...bán hàng của đội ngũ nhân sự bán hàng và đề xuất hướng xử lý khi có sai phạm. c) Kiến nghị điều chỉnh, sửa đổi quy chế, quy định, quy trình... liên quan đến công tác bán hàng để phù hợp với thực tế và tối ưu hóa hiệu quả hoạt động. d) Kiểm tra, giám sát việc thực thi các chương trình, chính sách của Công ty đến khách hàng (Nhà phân phối (NPP), C2, điểm bán, người tiêu dùng (NTD)). e) Kiểm tra việc triển khai nhận diện hình ảnh trên thị trường (tình trạng biển quảng cáo, pano, kệ trưng bày, tủ lạnh lưu trữ, trưng bày sản phẩm). f) Kiểm tra việc cấp phát vật dụng quảng cáo (VDQC) đến các đối tượng khách hàng. 2. Công tác kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm. 2.1. Công tác kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm tại điểm bán. a) Xây dựng kế hoạch kiểm tra, giám sát chất lượng sản phẩm, chất lượng bảo quản sản phẩm tại điểm bán theo từng khu vực, theo ngày, tháng, năm,… b) Thực thi việc kiểm tra, đánh giá chất lượng sản phẩm (bao gồm chất lượng ngoại quan sản phẩm, chất lượng bảo quản,...) tại điểm bán căn cứ các quy trình, hướng dẫn bảo quản hàng hóa sản phẩm do Công ty/Tổng Công ty quy định; lập báo cáo tổng hợp đánh giá tình hình, chất lượng thực tế của sản phẩm tại các khu vực điểm bán. c) Hướng dẫn, tư vấn nhân sự thị trường và điểm bán phương pháp bảo quản, trưng bày hàng hóa, đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm theo quy định của Công ty/Tổng Công ty đưa ra. 2.2. Công tác kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm tại Kho NPP. a) Xây dựng kế hoạch đánh giá chất lượng bảo quản hàng hóa tại kho của NPP. b) Kiểm tra việc bảo quản hàng hóa tại kho NPP (bao gồm chất lượng ngoại quan sản phẩm, điều kiện bảo quản sản phẩm,…) đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định của Công ty/Tổng Công ty đưa ra đối với việc bảo quản hàng hóa. c) Tư vấn NPP về việc bảo quản, sắp xếp hàng hóa trong kho, căn cứ các quy định của Công ty/ Tổng Công ty, nhằm nâng cao chất lượng hàng hóa tại kho NPP. 3. Công việc khác: Đầu mối tiếp nhận các khiếu nại từ khách hàng liên quan đến chất lượng sản phẩm (bảo quản, ngoại quan bao bì, sản phẩm, chất lượng sản phẩm, sản phẩm có dấu hiệu nghi ngờ là hàng giả/hàng nhái,...) của Công ty, phản hồi đến các bộ phận có liên quan để tìm ra phương hướng, thông báo kết quả xử lý cho khách hàng, đảm bảo khách hàng hài lòng với kết quả xử lý khiếu nại của Công ty.

Vị trí Chuyên viên Quan hệ Khách hàng sẽ phải đạt được doanh số kinh doanh và tạo được kết quả vượt qua sự kỳ vọng của khách hàng, chủ động trong việc xây dựng, duy trì mối quan hệ lâu dài với các Đối tác Kinh doanh/Đại lý xe ô tô. Theo dõi các hoạt động sau khi giải ngân: Làm việc cùng các bộ phận khác sau khi khách hàng được giải ngân để kiểm tra Làm việc sát sao với khách hàng để đạt mức tăng trưởng tín dụng an toàn Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác để thu hồi nợ 5. Trách nhiệm công việc1. Performance Management (50%): Successfully implement treasury strategy and policies set by Group Treasury and local management. Manages treasury and funding activities including meeting short and long-term funding needs, ensure sufficient capital for business activities. Build and maintain positive relationship with investors and banks. Manage processes of corporate bond and CD issuance in addition to borrowings from banks. 2. Reporting/Portfolio Analysis (45%): Analyzes market conditions using the fundamental and technical indicators and provide analysis/update to management, clients and concerned units. Report to ALCO, Global Business Team and Management Board on liquidity risks and interest rate risks as well as funding and treasury plans. Coordinate with Financial Planning & Analysis team to analyze the current and future funding requirements to support business growth. Trách nhiệm công việc Quản lý các Trung tâm dữ liệu. Triển khai cài đặt máy trạm: Quản trị cấu hình chuẩn các thiết bị CNTT đầu cuối (máy trạm, máy in, máy scan, thiết bị mạng), danh mục phần mềm cài đặt. Triển khai cài đặt máy trạm, hỗ trợ người sử dụng tại Hội sở khai thác các phần mềm ứng dụng CNTT đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy trình/quy định của Ngân hàng. Quản lý tài sản công nghệ thông tin: Lập danh mục tài sản công nghệ thông tin; định kỳ rà soát/cập nhật danh mục tài sản công nghệ thông tin đảm bảo tính kịp thời, chính xác, đầy đủ; tham mưu thẩm quyền, trách nhiệm của cá nhân hoặc Đơn vị được tiếp cận, khai thác và quản lý theo quy định Ngân hàng. Tiếp nhận và xử lý các yêu cầu hỗ trợ, khắc phục sự cố hệ thống thuộc phạm vi nhiệm vụ của Bộ phận. Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn1. Bằng cấp/Chứng chỉ:  Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành về công nghệ thông tin. Tiếng Anh: Giao tiếp tốt, B2 Có ít nhất 1 trong các chứng chỉ CDCP, CDFOM, MCSA, CCNA hoặc tương đương.  2. This position is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing sales strategies, policies, initiatives to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
