Tham gia phân tích nghiệp vụ, đề xuất các giải pháp, hỗ trợ các thành viên trong team phát triển (3 - 6 thành viên/dự án) Làm việc chặt chẽ với các team Sản phẩm, UX/UI và Backend để thiết kế, xây dựng các sản phẩm, nền tảng và tính năng mới. We are looking for a highly skilled Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Data Analyst, Data Scientist, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data availability, reliability, and performance. Your responsibilities will include building and optimizing ETL and streaming dataflows, enhancing data storage efficiency, and integrating diverse data sources to support advanced analytics, quant trading, machine learning, and business intelligence initiatives. This position reports to the Data & Analytics Manager / Head of Business Technology Solution.Key Responsibilities  Engage in the full lifecycle of data platform development, including building and maintaining data warehouses and data lakes, as well as designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable ETL and streaming processes to support advanced analytics, quant trading, machine learning, and business intelligence. Collaborate with development teams to integrate data from various sources, including core system and application databases, data warehouses, data APIs and streaming platforms. Contribute to building the data platform as a foundation for Quant Trading Platform, including real-time market data ingestion, processing, and management to support scalable and efficient algorithmic trading strategies. POC and adopting new technologies to improve data platform management in large-scale high throughput and frequency. Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance by implementing best practices in data validation and monitoring. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards for data handling. Reporting and other tasks relevant to data engineer domain knowledge.

Technical Responsibilities (80%)Build & Scale Test Automation Frameworks Develop and maintain automated testing systems (Playwright/Selenium/Cypress) for UI and API layers. Implement performance, regression, smoke, and integration tests. Drive shift-left testing in collaboration with developers. CI/CD & DevOps Integration Integrate testing pipelines into CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI). Ensure seamless compatibility with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). Optimize test execution time and deployment readiness. Monitoring & Quality Analysis Implement tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry to detect real-time issues. Analyze logs, failure trends, and metrics to improve defect prevention and recovery. Track quality indicators like coverage, bug escape rate, and MTTR. Test System Architecture Architect scalable, maintainable test suites across microservices, databases, and APIs. Define test strategy that aligns with tech stack and product release cycle. AI/ML for Testing Explore and apply AI/ML tools for anomaly detection, test prediction, and visual regression testing. Pioneer smart testing techniques to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy. Standardization & Reusability Create test templates, modular scripts, and shared libraries. Define and enforce coding standards for test development and automation scripts. Leadership & Collaboration (20%)Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing Guide and mentor junior and mid-level QC engineers in technical testing practices. Lead internal training sessions and code reviews. Quality Metrics & Process Oversight Define and track quality KPIs aligned with product objectives. Provide transparent reports and insights to Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Developers, DevOps, and Product Owners to align on quality goals. Participate in architecture discussions and provide feedback from a QC perspective. Process Improvement Suggest and implement continuous improvements in QC workflow, SOPs, and documentation. Drive innovation in tooling and test strategy selection.

Ensure system stability, performance, and security for business-critical services with 24/7 availability requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents related to Linux operating systems, virtualization platforms, and related infrastructure. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash or Python to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency. Implement and manage Red Hat technologies such as Ansible, OpenShift, and others to support IT operations automation and scalability. Design infrastructure solutions for banking applications in compliance with internal IT standards, audit requirements, and regulatory policies. Collaborate with application, network, and security teams to deliver robust, compliant, and secure infrastructure. Monitor system health, follow change control processes, and provide regular technical documentation, reports, and updates to management. Support disaster recovery (DR) planning, testing, and execution, ensuring data protection and service continuity.
