Position SummaryThe Director of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing Forix’s Vietnam delivery operations. This role ensures operational excellence across people, process, and performance while serving as a critical bridge between Vietnam-based teams and global leadership.The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with strong people leadership, delivery management experience, and a deep understanding of agency or professional services environments. This individual will drive scalable operations, improve efficiency, and enable teams to deliver high-quality work consistently. Key Responsibilities1. Operational LeadershipLead and oversee day-to-day operations for Forix’s Vietnam office, ensuring alignment with global operational standards and business goals.Establish, optimize, and enforce operational processes across delivery, staffing, utilization, and quality assurance.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, predictability, and scalability.2. Delivery & Performance ManagementPartner with Delivery, Engineering, and Project Management leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality expectations.Monitor key operational metrics including utilization, margin, capacity planning, and delivery performance.Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery excellence.3. People & Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop managers and team leads across Vietnam-based delivery teams.Support talent growth, performance management, and succession planning in collaboration with HR and leadership.Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.4. Cross-Regional CollaborationAct as a primary operational liaison between Vietnam teams and U.S.-based leadership and account management teams.Ensure effective communication, alignment, and execution across time zones and cultural contexts.Support global initiatives, process rollouts, and organizational change management efforts.5. Financial & Resource ManagementPartner with Finance and Leadership to support forecasting, budgeting, and cost management for Vietnam operations.Optimize staffing models and resource allocation to balance client needs, team health, and profitability.Contribute to strategic planning related to growth, scaling, and operational maturity.
