React Native expertise is essential.· Extend expertise to ReactJS for web application development, ensuring consistency across platforms.Code Review and Mentorship:· Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.· Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.Cross-Platform Development:· Leverage React Native for cross-platform mobile development, ensuring a seamless user experience on both iOS and Android platforms.· Apply ReactJS skills for web application development, maintaining a unified codebase and user experience.Backend Integration:· Collaborate with backend developers to design and implement API endpoints, ensuring smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.Troubleshooting and Optimization:· Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues in mobile and web applications.· Optimize code and implement best practices to enhance overall application performance.
