PURPOSE:Manage to develop and execute marketing strategies for all Amway brands (Artistry, Nutrilite, BodyKey, Durables, Homecare, and Personal Care), build power brands, and integrate with sales strategies to achieve or exceed annual sales, brand awareness, and net favorability targets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1/ Strategic Planning & Budgeting- Develop annual marketing strategies and budgets aligned with overall business objectives.- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.- Formulate and adjust multi-year marketing plans to ensure sustainable and strong sales performance.2/ Brand Management & Marketing Execution- Lead the development and implementation of brand and category strategies, including product portfolio planning, new product launches, and discontinuation of underperforming SKUs.- Define and develop clear brand positioning, key claims, and messaging frameworks.- Plan and execute integrated marketing programs—covering CRM, loyalty programs, sampling, sponsorships, promotions, advertising campaigns, and media activities—to strengthen brand equity and drive sales.- Leverage regional best practices and initiatives to enhance brand experiences, retailing programs, and physical brand presence.- Support brand awareness and favorability through spokesperson engagements, sponsorships, and expert speaker programs.- Set and manage product pricing in alignment with business and brand strategies.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Technical Regulatory, Product Management, Manufacturing) to ensure seamless planning and execution of new product launches.3/ Business Growth & Financial Performance- Allocate marketing resources effectively and plan advertising activities to maximize ROI.- Prepare sales forecasts and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient cost control and budget management.- Monitor performance and adapt plans to optimize sales and profitability of key brands.4/ Product & Market Performance Management- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance, customer insights, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.- Identify opportunities for product enhancement and coordinate with relevant teams to implement changes that meet distributor and consumer needs.- Strengthen brand image and corporate reputation through proactive change management and consumer-centric initiatives.5/ Training & Distributor Engagement- Collaborate with the Training team to design, develop, and monitor training programs and workshops aimed at enhancing distributor brand knowledge and engagement.6/ People Management & Development- Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure high performance, engagement, and professional growth.- Build and implement development plans to strengthen workforce capability and develop a strong talent pipeline for future leadership roles.
