MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC • Tìm kiếm, phát triển và chăm sóc khách hàng trong các lĩnh vực: dược phẩm, thực phẩm, công nghệ sinh học, trung tâm kiểm nghiệm, viện nghiên cứu, trường đại học… • Tư vấn giải pháp và giới thiệu các dòng thiết bị phòng thí nghiệm, thiết bị phân tích – kiểm nghiệm theo nhu cầu của từng khách hàng. • Chuẩn bị báo giá, hồ sơ kỹ thuật và phối hợp với bộ phận liên quan để triển khai đơn hàng. • Hỗ trợ khách hàng trong quá trình đánh giá kỹ thuật, lắp đặt và hướng dẫn sử dụng cùng đội kỹ thuật. • Theo dõi tiến độ và chăm sóc khách hàng sau bán hàng để duy trì mối quan hệ lâu dài. • Cập nhật thông tin thị trường, đối thủ và đề xuất giải pháp nâng cao doanh số. • Tham gia hội thảo, khóa đào tạo sản phẩm, sự kiện chuyên ngành nhằm mở rộng networking.

Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) có kinh nghiệm chuyên sâu trong việc triển khai, vận hành và tối ưu hệ thống database trên môi trường Kubernetes (K8S).Bạn sẽ đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc đảm bảo hạ tầng dữ liệu luôn ổn định, hiệu năng cao, có khả năng mở rộng, và được giám sát chủ động thông qua hệ thống quan sát (observability) hiện đại.Trách nhiệm chínhNghiên cứu, triển khai, quản trị và tối ưu các database systems (PostgreSQL, Kafka, Opensearch, Redis, v.v.) trên Kubernetes.Vận hành, tối ưu và mở rộng hệ thống Kubernetes cluster.Thiết lập và quản lý các monitoring & alerting systems như Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana, ELK, v.v.Define và tinh chỉnh metrics, alert thresholds, SLO/SLA, error budgets cho các dịch vụ database và hạ tầng quan trọng.Tham gia xử lý sự cố (incident response), điều tra nguyên nhân gốc rễ (root cause analysis) và thực hiện post-mortem để tăng độ tin cậy hệ thống.Tự động hóa quy trình vận hành (backup, failover, scaling, recovery, patching, CI/CD, etc.).Xây dựng, chuẩn hóa runbook / playbook / documentation giúp đội ngũ phản ứng nhanh và hiệu quả trong tình huống khẩn cấp.Phối hợp cùng team phát triển để cải tiến các sản phẩm database/big data.

We’re looking for a Senior Tester who will define, implement test strategy, design test and execute manual test as well as create automation test scripts for web based, Mobile app products.  The main responsibilities of the Senior Tester include:   Analyze Business Requirements, create test plan & develops test cases, automation scripts and execute manual testing, automated testing. Design, develop and execute test automation frameworks and test automation suites for multi-projects. Assist in the training/mentoring of other members. Perform Web Application Performance Testing and Security Testing.
