Phân tích dữ liệu từ các hệ thống nghiệp vụ (CRM, Core system, Payment, Saving, Investment, DWH, Data Lake...) để đánh giá hiệu quả hoạt động, hành vi người dùng, sản phẩm, chiến dịch marketing, v.v. Làm việc với Product Owner, Business, Marketing và Tech team để chuyển đổi nhu cầu kinh doanh thành yêu cầu dữ liệu và dashboard cụ thể. Thiết kế và xây dựng dashboard (Metabase, Looker, v.v.) cung cấp insight theo thời gian thực. Viết và tối ưu hóa truy vấn SQL phức tạp phục vụ báo cáo hoặc mô hình phân tích. Đề xuất và triển khai các mô hình phân tích thống kê, clustering, hoặc scoring để dự đoán xu hướng, rủi ro, hành vi khách hàng. Đảm bảo chất lượng dữ liệu (Data Quality, Consistency, Validation) thông qua quy trình kiểm tra và đối soát định kỳ.
