KEY ACTIVITIESPhát triển doanh thu và mở rộng tệp khách hàng doanh nghiệp (B2B), tập trung vào khách hàng thuộc lĩnh vực Giáo dục – Y tế – Truyền thông (UNI++).• Tìm kiếm và phát triển khách hàng mới, duy trì và mở rộng mối quan hệ với khách hàng hiện hữu nhằm đảm bảo doanh thu bền vững.• Phân tích nhu cầu và tư vấn giải pháp viễn thông phù hợp (Leased Line, FTTx, MPLS, Cloud, Data Center, Wifi, Camera AI…).• Phối hợp với các bộ phận kỹ thuật, marketing và chăm sóc khách hàng để xây dựng phương án, báo giá, triển khai và hỗ trợ sau bán hàng.• Thực hiện toàn bộ quy trình bán hàng: tiếp cận, tư vấn, đàm phán, ký kết và theo dõi hợp đồng.• Cập nhật thông tin thị trường và xu hướng công nghệ, chủ động đề xuất các cơ hội kinh doanh mới trong nhóm khách hàng mục tiêu.• Thực hiện các công việc và báo cáo công việc theo yêu cầu của quản lý.

Chịu trách nhiệm độc lập trong việc quản lý và điều hành dự án phần mềm: từ thu thập yêu cầu, lập kế hoạch, ước lượng nguồn lực, phân công công việc, theo dõi tiến độ cho đến kiểm thử và bàn giao sản phẩm. Trực tiếp làm việc với khách hàng (ưu tiên khách hàng Nhật Bản) để phân tích yêu cầu, làm rõ nghiệp vụ và thống nhất kế hoạch thực hiện. Lãnh đạo nhóm phát triển (developers, testers, designers...) đảm bảo tiến độ, chất lượng và hiệu suất công việc. Theo dõi, kiểm soát rủi ro và báo cáo tiến độ định kỳ cho ban quản lý. Đảm bảo dự án tuân thủ đúng quy trình phát triển phần mềm (collect requirement → estimate → design → code → test → release). Tham gia định hướng kỹ thuật, hỗ trợ đào tạo và nâng cao năng lực đội ngũ. Đề xuất cải tiến quy trình, công cụ và phương pháp làm việc để tăng hiệu quả quản lý dự án.
