Lập kế hoạch hành động (đáp ứng công việc cung cấp dịch vụ/ vận hành hàng ngày và các công việc liên quan tới dự án, phát triển sản phẩm, thúc đẩy bán…)- Xây dựng, triển khai và quản lý kế hoạch ngân sách, kế hoạch hành động. Đề xuất nguồn lực và biện pháp để thực hiện chức năng, nhiệm vụ của Phòng theo từng thời kỳ- Đề xuất và phối hợp xây dựng, góp ý hoàn thiện mô hình vận hành, luồng vận hành (hệ thống/ quy trình), phát triển sản phẩm… liên quan đến các nghiệp vụ của Phòng (thẻ, ATM & POS, nghiệp vụ kho quỹ)- Phối hợp xác định, đề xuất, lập kế hoạch, quản lý, điều phối và/hoặc tham gia các dự án liên quan tới nghiệp vụ của Phòng, đảm bảo quá trình vận hành và chuyển giao sản phẩm2. Cung cấp dịch vụ và vận hành hiệu quả, đảm bảo chất lượng và liên tục cải tiến- Tổ chức, triển khai và giám sát công tác cung cấp dịch vụ và hoạt động vận hành giao dịch hàng ngày liên quan tới các mảng nghiệp vụ của Phòng.- Phê duyệt các giao dịch thuộc nghiệp vụ của Phòng, thực hiện ký các Hợp đồng, giấy tờ nghiệp vụ, văn bản giao dịch theo hạn mức và nội dung ủy quyền của cấp Lãnh đạo theo từng thời kỳ.- Đầu mối quản lý, làm việc với các đơn vị liên quan để xem xét tư vấn, hướng dẫn, đề xuất và triển khai các giải pháp để nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ của quá trình cung cấp dịch vụ, vận hành sản phẩm liên quan tới các mảng sản phẩm, nghiệp vụ của Phòng- Xây dựng và duy trì môi trường tương tác khách hàng phù hợp, triển khai các hoạt động trải nghiệm khách hàng trong suốt thời gian giao dịch, đảm bảo toàn bộ hoạt động tập trung vào KH (bao gồm cả KH bên ngoài và KH nội bộ).- Phê duyệt triển khai thực hiện các sáng kiến cải tiến trong nội bộ Phòng. Đề xuất các tư vấn kỹ thuật về cải tiến quy trình, các ứng dụng cải tiến hệ thống mới3. Kiểm soát tuân thủ và kiểm soát rủi ro vận hành- Xây dựng các công cụ hỗ trợ cho việc kiểm soát vận hành và thực hiên kiểm soát các vấn đề tuân thủ và rủi ro liên quan đến các nghiệp vụ của Phòng.- Xác định và nhận diện các vấn đề bất cập, thiếu sót và rủi ro trong quá trình vận hành, cung cấp dịch vụ hàng ngày để có đề xuất cải tiến, thay đổi quy trình và/hoặc hệ thống liên quan, kịp thời báo cáo cấp trên các vấn đề nằm ngoài thẩm quyền để xử lý, giải quyết.- Tham gia chỉ đạo định hướng, góp ý xây dựng/ hoàn thiện các văn bản quy định, quy trình, hướng dẫn liên quan đến cung cấp dịch vụ, vận hành các nghiệp vụ của Phòng nhằm đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định của NHNN, thông lệ và điều ước quốc tế, đồng thời đáp ứng được các yêu cầu kinh doanh. Đóng vai trò là người kiểm tra cuối cùng và người đồng thuận phê duyệt cho các quy trình, hướng dẫn liên quan tới hoạt động của Phòng.- Điều hành, thực hiện các chế độ báo cáo, thống kê liên quan tới hoạt động, nghiệp vụ của Phòng, phục vụ các báo cáo định kỳ, theo các định dạng và hướng dẫn đã được xác định hoặc theo yêu cầu- Giữ vai trò đầu mối trong việc cung cấp số liệu, hồ sơ phục vụ công tác Kiểm toán và Thanh tra (khi có yêu cầu), đồng thời giải đáp các thắc mắc, xử lý, giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến nghiệp vụ của Phòng.4. Quản lý nhân sự- Thu hút nguồn nhân lực đảm bảo cả về chất lượng và số lượng cho Phòng. Lãnh đạo, dẫn dắt, tạo động lực và tối ưu hóa kỹ năng và kiến thức của CBNV, huấn luyện và phát triển đội ngũ và từng cá nhân CBNV.- Định hướng, khuyến khích và hỗ trợ trong việc phát triển sự nghiệp cho CBNV, hoạch định các thay đổi về nhân sự và đào tạo, xây dựng đội ngũ làm việc gắn kết có chuyên môn và trình độ phù hợp.- Định kỳ đánh giá kết quả thực hiện công việc của CBNV, chất lượng lao động của Phòng. Đề xuất với cấp quản lý trực tiếp về việc tuyển dụng, tăng lương, thăng chức và điều chuyển nhân sự cho CBNV của Phòng.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESThe Logistics Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods, from procurement through warehousing to final delivery. Job PurposeThe job holder is responsible for building, managing, participating in the development of one of the following areas:a. IS Practice: Evaluate deployment, develop security solutions/Design, test information security/Ensure compliance with security standards (of Vietnam and International)b. IS Administration: Manage and directly participate in administrative activities on identity and access security/network security/endpoint services and data securityc. IS Engieering: Manage and directly control the implementation of information security policies and standards for applications, infrastructure of company and its partners and suppliers, ensure compliance with the company's information security requirements.d. IS Red team: Manage and directly perform testing attack activities for technology systems to detect vulnerabilities/weaknesses and provide solution guidance.e. IS Monitoring: Monitor detecting all attack events/incidents as quickly as possible (realtime) based on events aggregated from security systems as well as other technology components.Then alert relevant departments to investigate and react to that event/incident.Key Accountabilities (1)1. Information Security Assurance- Participate in projects, developing and deploying technology to ensure Information Security for systems to be built, including stages: analysis, building requirements Information security, design Information security, threat modeling, source code review, testing and building controls to ensure Information Security.- Research and develop necessary information security solutions to prevent attacks and incidents Information security, ensure security and safety for the entire information system of the company.- Coordinate with the Information Security supervisory department in handling information security incidents.- Set up and monitor the implementation of company's information security process, regulations, standards, guidelines and policies in accordance with the regulations of the government and international organizations- Implement and maintain compliance with international standards PCI-DSS, ISO, SWIFT CSP.- Implement and maintain compliance with company's policies, circulars and regulations by law.- Regularly perform compliance and integrity checksof the security policy configuration in the internal system company detects violations or insider attacks.- Coordinate with Compliance Assessment and Risk Management units to assess the compliance of technology systems according to policies, regulations, standards, processes, checklists.Key Accountabilities (2)2. Information Security Red team:- Implement the strategy to ensure information security:+ Participate in the implementation of the Information Security strategy by providing input data on attack trends, forms of exploitation and risks arising in each period.+ Participate in the implementation of the annual information security implementation plan, meet the business and operational needs of the company through the implementation of information security testing programs for the technology activities of the company.+ Develop penetration testing methods, information security scanning scripts and security checks according to international standards such as OSSTMM, Sans and OWASP.+ Develop new techniques, exploit scripts and programs for automated penetration testing- Perform test attack activities:+ Directly perform vulnerability detection review, vulnerability assessment, and conduct penetration/exploit testing periodically or at the request of the Block leader for all systems/applications ; Penetration testing for system/application after live detection or whenever undergoing a major change. Testing methods must ensure practicality including both technical (technology) and non-technical (people, processes, physical assets). From there, provide CISO as well as other Information Security departments to have programs to deal with the problems of system weaknesses that can be exploited.+ Perform regular vulnerability scans, information security checks to find vulnerabilities in the system and provide remedial / remedial solutions; supports maintaining compliance with world security standards such as PCI-DSS, ISO27001, SCP (swift).+ Develop and manage vulnerability management program, threat intelligence database. Collect, track metrics, and analyze trends on cyber defenses, threats, detected attacks, vulnerabilities, and countermeasures/preventions.+ Actively research / find new vulnerabilities, exploitation techniques and cyber threats; Identify trends in cybersecurity involving tactics, techniques, and processes, targeting for malware development and deployment.+ Directly participate in the experimental plan of responding to an Information Security incident as an attack unit and in the case of an actual Information Security incident as the response team. Coordinate and provide expert cyber defense engineering skills to resolve cyber attack incidentsKey Accountabilities (3)3. Information Security Administration- Building/adjusting and implementing authoritization matrix of systems.- Develop requirements and measures to control access and protect the company's data.- Develop, maintain and optimize information security policy/rule/configuration for solutions to ensure information security such as: Information security solutions on access identity management (PAM, IAM…); Network information security solutions (Firewall, NAC, APT, NetIPS, DDOS...); Information Security solutions on endpoints (AD GPO, HIPS/HFW, Appcontrol, Web/mail filtering, DB security…); Information security solutions on data (DLP, FAM...).- Assess, evaluate, review:+ Decentralization enforcement ensures compliance with the decentralized matrix.+ The issue and withdrawal of privileged accounts and digital certificates on technology systems.+ Exception requirements related to identity, access rights on technology systems+ Change requirements on information security assurance solutions.- Risk management and compliance+ Identify risks of the department in the process of operation, ensuring compliance with the processes and regulations of the company. Coordinate with relevant units to handle risks.+ Perform risk treatment activities according to reports of internal/external audit departments.
