The Chief Engineer is responsible for overall management and supervision of the technical system operation for various properties of the Company, including but not limited to Structural, M&E, energy saving and sustainability, to ensure the properties in optimal and safe conditions for residents, tenants, guests and employees. RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Safety & Compliance:- Ensure building assets and properties are in good and safe conditions;- Ensure the property complies with all applicable building operation requirements, government regulations, and company policies;- Develop and monitor emergency and safety procedures; Ensure that all fire and life safety systems are fully compliant and operational; 5. Technical services to Residents/Tenants:- Timely respond to service requests from residents, tenants and customers for repair, upkeep or replacement;- Review Tenant’s renovation plans.
