The opportunity:Logistics and Customs Operations Specialist is responsible for the successful end-to-end logistics operations and ensuring a high level of service and cost-effective movement of goods. Additionally, She/he is responsible to execute import/export customs operations for heavy lift, general cargo, and parcel orders. She/he takes full responsibility for the execution of G/C inbound and outbound orders, starting with the receipt of the IBD/OBD, co-ordination with LSPs and ending with the delivery of the cargo, respectively codification/approval of LSP invoices. She/he reviews the customs requirements as well as documentation and creates customs clearance instructions and uploading all relevant information and documentation in SAP GTS and submit to brokers. She/he supports the issue resolution for customs related matter until successfully closing the customs clearance. We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling our technical products or services to clients, providing technical expertise in the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:• 1. Driving Sales: Actively contribute to the sales process by providing technical expertise and support to the sales team with the aim of achieving revenue targets.• 2. Technical Sales Support: Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions that align with their needs and business objectives.• 3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their technical requirements, and effectively presenting suitable solutions.• 4. Technical Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct compelling technical demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase the value of the products or services offered.• 5. Collaboration and Strategy: Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies, proposals, and product demonstrations that align with customer requirements and contribute to the overall growth of the business.• 6. Product Knowledge and Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, ensuring a deep understanding of the company's offerings and their positioning.• 7. 1. Able to seek strategic cooperation with relevant departments, scientific research units, large state-owned enterprises and institutions, and integrate internal and external resources to complete business negotiations and project orders to ensure the completion of annual sales tasks.2. Develop and maintain key customers for quadruped robot industry applications, expand industry application solution integration partners, and undertake sales task indicator assessment.3. Including but not limited to: power, oil and gas, coal, energy, security and other inspection scenarios; customer categories include: end users, industry integrators, channel partners, etc.4. Participate in the formulation of sales strategies and sales tactics, investigate the status of the operation and control industry segments, gain in-depth understanding of industry dynamics, obtain industry information and information on major industry customers, solution features and competitor industry applications, discover industry market opportunities, and determine target industries;5. Understand the status and processes of the customer's business, accurately grasp various business problems and explore new opportunities, and provide reasonable consulting suggestions and solutions to customer problem areas.6. Build a communication bridge between business and technical personnel, collaborate with technical solutions and technical implementation teams, and be responsible for discovering, analyzing, communicating and confirming customer needs in the project.7. Understand national and local robot investment policies and industry trends, and carry out work innovatively. According to the characteristics of the industry and development strategy of the company, obtain policy resources and participate in the promotion of major projects of the company.

Supervision and Leadership• Oversee and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and adherence to safety standards.• Organize the management, inspection, and supervision of goods in warehouses to ensure RM supply follows FIFO.Inventory ManagementManage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate stock records. Monitor the receipt and storage of incoming goods.• Weekly: check uncountable RM & adjust on SAP.• Co-operate with SQA to follow up on the RM return to suppliers.• Monthly: conduct inventory rotation for selected RMs.• Yearly: perform inventory to ensure accurate stock-taking via the SAP system.Process Improvement• Identify areas for process optimization and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.• Apply Lean manufacturing techniques and World-Class Manufacturing tools to optimize resources, reduce costs, eliminate waste, and increase manpower efficiency.Safety Compliance• Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.• Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain accurate records of incidents.Reporting• Weekly: report on safety, quality, productivity in the warehouse, and actions taken to solve/prevent problems.• Monthly: report top 1 major/standard Kaizen to top management.• Inventory reporting: weekly / monthly / yearly.CommunicationMaintain clear communication between warehouse personnel and upper management to ensure cohesive operations and timely fulfillment of orders.Other Tasks• Ensure 5S in warehouse area.• Implement other tasks assigned by Manager.
