* Thực hiện chức năng, nhiệm vụ điều hành hoạt động của Phòng:- Xây dựng, triển khai kế hoạch làm việc trong tháng, quý của Phòng;- Thực hiện tổ chức hoạt động, phân công nhiệm vụ cho từng vị trí trong Phòng;- Xây dựng các quy trình quy chế, hệ thống báo cáo để vận hành hoạt động của Phòng.* Tham mưu, giúp việc cho Ban lãnh đạo Công ty trong lĩnh vực KTCN và CTSX:- Tham mưu, giúp việc cho Ban lãnh đạo Công ty trong lĩnh vực Kỹ thuật công nghệ và cải tiến sản xuất, đảm bảo an toàn thực phẩm, chất lượng ổn định, chi phí hợp lý, giảm tổn thất lãng phí trong sản xuất; tạo ra các sản phẩm mới phù hợp với xu thế thị trường.*Tham mưu, giúp việc cho Ban Lãnh đạo trong lĩnh vực KTCN và CTSX:- Tham mưu, giúp việc Ban Lãnh đạo trong lĩnh vực Kỹ thuật công nghệ và cải tiến sản xuất, đảm bảo an toàn thực phẩm, chất lượng ổn định, chi phí hợp lý, giảm tổn thất lãng phí trong sản xuất; tạo ra các sản phẩm mới phù hợp với xu thế thị trường.*Trong lĩnh vực kỹ thuật công nghệ:- Quản lý công thức, chi tiết thực hiện các công đoạn sản xuất bia;- Quản lý nguyên phụ liệu đầu vào;- Đảm bảo duy trì chất lượng sản xuất;- Cải tiến công thức, quy trình;- Nghiên cứu sản phẩm mới;- Lập kế hoạch thực hiện các dự án mới; triển khai thực hiện dự án khi được sự phê duyệt của Giám đốc khối;- Kiểm tra, giám sát các công đoạn thực hiện dự án và có cải tiến, nghiệm thu;- Đưa ra những kiến nghị để triển khai thực hiện dự án có hiệu quả.* Trong lĩnh vực Cải tiến sản xuất:- Nghiên cứu, đưa ra những sáng kiến cải tiến sản xuất;- Điều phối cải tiến;- Hỗ trợ cải tiến được triển khai và thực thi.* Đào tạo:- Xây dựng kế hoạch đào tạo, bồi dưỡng đội ngũ nhân sự trong phòng. - Triển khai, giám sát để đảm bảo luôn có đội ngũ kế cận đảm bảo chất lượng.* Nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm khác:- Phối hợp với các Phòng/Ban để làm việc với các cơ quan chức năng khi có thanh kiểm tra hoặc yêu cầu báo cáo;- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Cán bộ quản lý trực tiếp phù hợp với năng lực và phạm vi công việc.
