Đảm bảo chất lượng tổng thể của sản phẩm Trợ lý ảo (hoặc tương đương) trên ô tô, thông qua việc thiết kế, thực hiện và báo cáo các kịch bản kiểm thử chức năng, hiệu năng, trải nghiệm người dùng, cũng như phối hợp chặt chẽ với các nhóm phát triển, AI/ML, UX/UI và kỹ thuật trên xe.Nhiệm vụ chính:• 1. Thiết kế và thực thi test case:• Viết và cập nhật test case chi tiết cho các tính năng của Trợ lý ảo: nhận lệnh điều khiển xe, hỏi đáp thông tin, tương tác tự nhiên, cá nhân hóa...• Kiểm thử trên thiết bị thực tế (IVI, xe thật) và mô phỏng (emulator, HMI test bench).• 2. Kiểm thử đa nền tảng & đa ngôn ngữ:• Đảm bảo trợ lý hoạt động mượt trên nhiều dòng xe, cấu hình phần cứng khác nhau.• Kiểm thử ngôn ngữ đa dạng (Việt, Anh), giọng nói vùng miền, và các tình huống mất kết nối.• 3. Kiểm thử hội thoại và AI:• Kiểm thử độ chính xác NLP, khả năng hiểu ý định, quản lý ngữ cảnh và xử lý đa lượt hội thoại.• Ghi nhận các lỗi logic, phản hồi không tự nhiên, hoặc phản hồi sai lệch nguy hiểm.• 4. Tự động hóa kiểm thử:• Đề xuất hoặc phát triển framework test tự động cho UI hoặc API của trợ lý.• Giao tiếp với hệ thống backend: kiểm tra log, luồng xử lý, dữ liệu đầu ra JSON...• 5. Quản lý lỗi & báo cáo chất lượng:• Ghi nhận lỗi lên hệ thống (Jira/Redmine), theo dõi tiến độ xử lý.• Thực hiện báo cáo chất lượng định kỳ, phân tích xu hướng lỗi để đề xuất cải tiến.• 6. Hỗ trợ kiểm thử nghiệm thu OTA:• Kiểm thử sản phẩm trước/sau khi phát hành OTA lên xe thật.• Phối hợp với nhóm vận hành để đánh giá mức độ ổn định thực tế.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Identify all the New Tooled End Items for the program including Multi-Party Agreements and directed tier 2 suppliers.• Represent and be supplier advocate in Cross-Functional Meetings• Develop program specific NTEI file containing pertinent part number information.
