Data Modeling & Advanced Analytics (50%)Conduct deep-dive and advanced analyses using SQL, Python, and other analytical tools.Build, validate, and maintain traditional ML/AI models and deploy pipelines in production environments (Search, Recommendation System, User Segmentation...)Perform feature engineering, model optimization, and performance monitoring.Evaluate product performance and marketing campaigns, providing actionable, data-driven recommendations.2. Business Partnership/ Product Management (20%)Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.Translate business challenges into analytical problems, identify relevant data sources, and present insights in a clear, business-friendly manner.3. GenAI Application (20%)Design and develop intuitive GenAI solutions to support multiple departments (e.g., marketing, operations, product).Explore LLM-based applications for automation, personalization, and content generation.4. Innovation & Technology Adoption (10%)Research and experiment with new analytical tools, ML frameworks, and methodologies to improve productivity and efficiency.Stay updated on AI/ML and GenAI trends to drive innovation within the organization.

1. Data Governance Framework ExecutionSupport the implementation of the enterprise data governance framework across business units.Maintain and update data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.2. Data Quality ManagementDefine, measure, and monitor data quality KPIs and rules across key data domains.Identify data quality issues, conduct root cause analyses, and coordinate remediation with data owners and IT teams.Develop and maintain a data quality dashboard and reporting mechanism.3. Data Ownership & StewardshipCollaborate with business data owners and data stewards to ensure data accountability and proper data handling.Support the documentation of business data definitions, ensuring consistency and alignment in the business glossary.Provide guidance and training to data stewards on governance practices, tools, and procedures.4. Metadata & Master Data ManagementSupport metadata collection, data lineage mapping, and cataloging activities.Maintain metadata repositories and ensure updates reflect business and technical changes.Contribute to master data management (MDM) initiatives to improve data consistency across systems.5. Regulatory Compliance & Data PrivacySupport the alignment of governance activities with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, local data protection laws, SBV/financial regulations).Work with Risk, Compliance, and Security teams to ensure proper classification and access control of sensitive data.

Conduct risk assessments related to the company's IT operations and support the Head of Internal Audit in developing the annual IT audit plan based on the identification and evaluation of IT-related business risks.Participate in developing internal documents such as regulations, processes, and guidelines related to IT audit activities.Develop detailed IT audit plans for each audit engagement, including but not limited to: pre-audit analysis, risk and control assessment, preparing detailed audit programs, selecting audit samples, and assigning tasks to audit team members.Conduct audits on IT projects, IT security, and IT infrastructure (including networks, servers, operating systems, databases, application systems, core systems, and IT environment). Report findings and propose recommendations to the Head of Internal Audit.
