Lập và quản lý hồ sơ pháp lý dự án, hồ sơ chất lượng công trình.
Thực hiện hồ sơ thanh toán, quyết toán khối lượng với chủ đầu tư và các bên liên quan.
Theo dõi, tổng hợp khối lượng, tiến độ thi công từ hiện trường.
Phối hợp với bộ phận kỹ thuật hiện trường để hoàn thiện hồ sơ theo đúng quy định và tiến độ.

- Kiểm tra, quản lý, xác minh tính hợp pháp và lưu trữ các chứng từ liên quan 
- Lên kế hoạch thanh toán công nợ với nhà cung cấp định kỳ.
- Trực tiếp thực hiện nghiệp vụ thanh toán tiền mặt, qua ngân hàng cho nhà cung cấp, đối tác như: Liên hệ đối chiếu công nợ, nhận hợp đồng, hoá đơn, xem xét phiếu đề nghị thanh toán, lập phiếu chi...
- Thực hiện các nghiệp vụ chi nội bộ như lương, thưởng, phụ cấp, thanh toán tạm ứng...
- Theo dõi và báo cáo quản lý các khoản thu – chi, cập nhật dự toán dòng tiền
- Nhập các chứng từ, hóa đơn liên quan các khoản chi vào phần mềm kế toán
- Lập các báo cáo, in chứng từ, sổ sách có liên quan trình cấp trên định kỳ hoặc đột xuất theo yêu cầu.
- Đối chiếu công nợ với khách hàng, nhà cung cấp, làm hồ sơ thanh toán
- Quản lý chứng từ và sổ sách liên quan đảm bảo tính toàn vẹn và sắp xếp hợp lý của các tài liệu
-Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp trên

1. Vận hành & phát triển nội dung Social
- Đăng 15–25 bài/ngày trên hệ thống page được phân công
- Viết lại hook/caption tối ưu CTR-
- Tối ưu thumbnail, tiêu đề, mô tả
- Phân phối bài phù hợp từng page
2. Tối ưu bài cũ
- Rà soát danh sách bài online cao
- Refresh hook, thumbnail, CTA
- Nhân bản bài có tín hiệu tốt
- Mở rộng chủ đề tương tự từ bài hiệu quả
3. Phân tích & tối ưu hiệu suất
- Theo dõi chỉ số: Phiên, CTR, Time On Site
- Phát hiện bài có tín hiệu lên suggest để nhân bản
- Báo cáo traffic hàng ngày

- Tìm hiểu và lên bài viết về 1 trong 2 chủ đề sau: Sao Việt/Tin tức Xã hội
- Đã từng quản trị fanpage nhiều mảng giải trí (có nhiều kinh nghiệm là 1 lợi thế)
- Làm việc cùng leader team và các BTV khác trong team để đăng bài đúng hẹn cho hệ thống fanpage của công ty.

I. OBJECTIVES:Lead and manage Data Science Unit to take advantage of data to efficiently contribute to Business via analytics, predictive modelling and others advanced data mining. II. Write and execute manual test cases to check software functionality and performance. Work with developers to find, report, and fix bugs. Use tools (ex: Jira) to track and document issues. Create and update test plans and cases for new and existing features. Understand the software and how customers use it. Collaborate with teams to deliver products that meet customer needs on time.

Thực hiện cung cấp dịch vụ tới khách hàng cá nhân tại Chi nhánh.
