Hỗ trợ Project Manager/Scrum Master và Product Owner trong việc xác định mục tiêu, phạm vi, lộ trình và kế hoạch dự án. Tham gia tổ chức các Scrum Events (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective) theo quy trình của Khối Công nghệ thông tin ( CNTT). Hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề, đưa ra cảnh báo rủi ro hoặc trở ngại trong dự án. Cập nhật, theo dõi task trên Jira/Confluence hoặc các công cụ tương tự. Chuẩn bị các loại báo cáo tiến độ, dashboard dự án. Là cầu nối giữa các thành viên trong team (Dev, QA, BA, PO) và phối hợp cùng UI/UX, nghiệp vụ và các đơn vị liên quan. Thu thập phản hồi, đề xuất cải tiến quy trình làm việc Agile.

• Trực tiếp thực hiện việc tìm kiếm, thẩm định, duy trì và phát triển quan hệ khách hàng doanh nghiệp;• Thực hiện các chỉ tiêu kinh doanh được giao đối với lĩnh vực Khách hàng Doanh nghiệp, gồm: Tín dụng, Huy động vốn, Sản phẩm bảo hiểm, Dịch vụ tài khoản, Ngân hàng điện tử,… và các chỉ tiêu bán chéo khác;• Xây dựng, đề xuất các giải pháp trọn gói phục vụ nhu cầu về dịch vụ tài chính ngân hàng của Khách hàng Doanh nghiệp;• Thực hiện các chức năng của Cán bộ Quan hệ khách hàng Doanh nghiệp tại Đơn vị;• Quản lý và hỗ trợ nhóm làm việc được phân công;• Các công việc khác do cấp quản lý trực tiếp yêu cầu trong phạm vi thẩm quyền được giao.

Phát triển, trực tiếp lập trình các hệ thống, ứng dụng của Ngân hàng, gồm các hệ thống nội bộ và ứng dụng dành cho khách hàng với quy mô 30 triệu khách hàng cá nhân và 300.000 khách hàng doanh nghiệp.Phát triển hoặc phối hợp triển khai cùng các nhà cung cấp cho các giải pháp Công nghệ.Quản lý, phát triển dịch vụ tích hợp với các hệ thống core như: T24, WAY4, BPM, CRM, CIC ...Quản lý, phát triển API trên API Gateway phục vụ tích hợp với các đối tác trong nước và quốc tế.Nghiên cứu, thử nghiệm, triển khai áp dụng các xu hướng công nghệ mới vào việc phát triển: GraphQL, Docker Container (K8s), CICD, EventSourcing, CQRS, NoSQL ...Tham gia phân tích nghiệp vụ, đề xuất giải pháp, phương án triển khai nhằm cải tiến, nâng cao hiệu quả của các dự án trong quá trình làm việc.Lên timeline công việc, quản lý tasks cho các thành viên trong nhóm, giám sát và hỗ trợ các thành viên hoàn thành đúng cam kết.Dẫn dắt nhóm 3-6 thành viên, đồng hành cùng các thành viên phát triển chuyên môn và hoàn thành công việc

Quản lý và kiểm soát rủi ro an ninh thông tin (ATTT).Xây dựng, cập nhật các chính sách, quy trình, quy định, hướng dẫn liên quan đến ATTT đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định của Ngân hàng Nhà nước và tiêu chuẩn Quốc tế.Triển khai giám sát việc thực thi các chương trình/tiêu chuẩn an ninh bảo mật: PCI, ISO,…trong phạm vi ATTT.PM các dự án triển khai hệ thống giám sát an toàn thông tinThực hiện audit, rà soát đánh giá các hệ thống an ninhĐóng vai trò đầu mối hoặc phối hợp theo dõi, giám sát việc chỉnh sửa theo kiến nghị của Kiểm toán nội bộ, Kiểm toán độc lập và các đoàn kiểm tra trong phạm vi ATTT.Đóng vai trò đầu mối phối hợp với các bên liên quan tổng hợp, báo cáo, đốc thúc việc khắc phục với các rủi ro về ATTT đã được chỉ ra
