HCM hiện đang tuyển dụng vị trí: Thực tập sinh pháp lý (Legal Intern). Trách nhiệm công việc Hỗ trợ soạn thảo và rà soát hợp đồng, nghiên cứu và cập nhật kịp thời các văn bản pháp luật mới.  Chuẩn bị, sắp xếp và hoàn thiện hồ sơ, thủ tục pháp lý cho khách hàng, chủ yếu là các công ty FDI Hàn Quốc.  Phối hợp cùng các luật sư và bộ phận liên quan để xử lý các công việc pháp lý theo phân công.  Tham gia hỗ trợ các công việc chuyên môn khác khi cần thiết.  Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn Đã tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Luật.  Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, cẩn thận trong công việc và sẵn sàng học hỏi.  Có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh trong công việc.  Kỹ năng tìm kiếm, phân tích và tổng hợp thông tin tốt. 1. • Thực hiện tối ưu Onpage cho website theo tiêu chuẩn SEO để cải thiện thứ hạng từ khóa và trải nghiệm người dùng.• Rà soát, phân tích và đề xuất cải thiện cấu trúc website, URL, internal link, heading, meta title, meta description…• Viết và tối ưu nội dung bài viết chuẩn SEO (theo bộ từ khóa đã nghiên cứu).• Kiểm tra, xử lý các lỗi kỹ thuật Onpage (404, 301, sitemap, tốc độ tải trang, mobile friendly…).• Phối hợp với Content, Design để triển khai các thay đổi trên website.• Theo dõi, phân tích hiệu quả SEO Onpage qua các công cụ như Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs…• Cập nhật xu hướng và thuật toán mới của Google để điều chỉnh chiến lược tối ưu.

You will play a crucial leadership role in driving architecture decisions, mentoring team members, ensuring best practices, and collaborating directly with clients to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions. This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about technology, experienced in building high-performance backend platforms, and confident in client-facing engagements. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Architecture: Drive backend architecture using Golang, promoting clean code, scalability, and system robustness. Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of developers (onshore and offshore), and ensure alignment with technical and delivery goals. Solution Delivery: Lead the full SDLC—from requirement analysis to deployment—on backend systems for financial clients. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, UI/UX, and business stakeholders. Code Quality & Best Practices: Champion engineering best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization. Client Engagement: Represent GFT in client meetings to explain design choices, implementation plans, and technical roadmaps. 

1. Booking & Coordination• Handle ocean freight bookings with direct carriers or agents, confirming vessel schedules and space allocation• Coordinate with warehouses, truckers, and customs brokers for cargo receiving, container loading, and customs clearance2. Documentation & System Management• Prepare and review shipping documents (Bill of Lading, packing lists, etc.) and ensure accurate system entry for shipment details• Process invoices, cost settlements, and maintain records for audit purposes• Customer Communication:- Liaise with domestic/international clients, agents, and internal teams to address shipment queries and resolve exceptions- Provide updates on cargo status and logistics timelines• Compliance & Problem-Solving:- Ensure adherence to export regulations and company SOPs- Handle emergencies (e.g., delays, documentation errors) proactively

Technical skills: Very good knowledge of Java, NodeJS, ReactJS, Redis, , Elasticsearch, software architecture, Cloud applications (preferably Oracle cloud)Database: Experience with MongoDB ,Oracle. Good command over SQL. PLM Concepts: Understanding of product lifecycle management principles and best practices. Agile PLM: Strong knowledge of the Agile PLM platform, including its modules, features, and APIs. Software Development Methodologies: Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Communication: Very good English communication both verbal and written.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and develop effective solutions. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the project.
