I. JOB OBJECTIVEResponsible for developing strategies, planning and managing all marketing activities to enhance SSR Vina’s brand presence in both international and domestic markets. This role supports export sales growth and market expansion while ensuring effective communication and promotion.II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Marketing Strategy & Planning• Receive business goals from the General Director and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.• Develop long-term marketing strategies tailored to the wood export industry and target markets (e.g., USA, EU, Japan, Australia).• Build brand positioning strategies and brand identity for SSR Vina in international markets.• Coordinate with Sales and R&D teams to align marketing messages with product lines and market needs.2. Marketing Team Management• Recruit, train, and develop a professional in-house marketing team (designers, content creators, digital marketers, etc.).• Allocate tasks based on team members' capacity and experience.• Create clear job descriptions, workflow guidelines, and KPIs for each role within the team.• Foster a proactive and accountable team culture with high work standards.3. Execution & Supervision of Marketing Activities• Operate omnichannel marketing strategies including Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads), Email Marketing, and Trade Marketing.• Manage digital presence on platforms such as company website, international e-commerce (Alibaba, Amazon B2B, Etsy), and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).• Supervise and optimize marketing budget and campaign ROI.• Oversee content creation (catalogs, brochures, product videos, brand imagery).• Coordinate participation in international trade fairs and exhibitions relevant to the wood industry.4. Reporting, Analytics & Optimization• Monitor key performance indicators: conversion rates, lead costs, web traffic, market share, competitor benchmarks, etc.• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to the General Director.• Organize timely team meetings to ensure alignment and resolve bottlenecks promptly.• Propose process improvements and new tools/technologies to enhance marketing efficiency.5. Strategic Contribution & Development• Advise the General Director on product development directions based on customer data and market insights.• Propose new markets, industries, or product categories for business expansion.• Stay updated with international marketing trends in furniture and wood industry to enhance competitiveness.
