Trách nhiệm công việc1. Lập kế hoạch kinh doanh Thiết lập mục tiêu cho đội ngũ bán hàng, góp phần dự báo doanh số của công ty. Chủ động đề xuất/ góp phần vào xây dựng kế hoạch kinh doanh. 2. Thực thi hoạt động kinh doanh Giám sát, thông báo đầy đủ về các kế hoạch kinh doanh, sự kiện, hoạt động… cho nhóm kinh doanh nhằm đảm bảo công việc được thực hiện đầy đủ và hiệu quả. 3. Phân tích doanh số kinh doanh Thực hiện phân tích doanh số hàng tuần, hàng tháng, đảm bảo xác định được cả những khoảng trống và tiềm năng để đưa ra những giải pháp thích hợp sẽ được thực hiện nhằm tối đa hóa thành tích kinh doanh. 4. Quản lý và phát triển đội nhóm Đảm bảo lực lương nhân sự được tuyển dụng, đào tạo và huấn luyện nghiệp vụ đầy đủ. Đảm bảo các chương trình thi đua được thực hiện đúng cách, những cá nhân có thành tích tốt nhất sẽ được công nhận và khen thưởng. 5. This position assists the Leader in daily deliverables to provide excellent service to clients. They provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports submitting the reports to the client and cooperate with member in the department.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Maintains relationship with clients and internal/external stakeholders;• Performs daily work with high complexity, including closing full set of books, SFC compliance documents, capital account, annual financial statements, profits tax returns with tax computations, trade and shipping services, and other tailor made management reports/ financial analysis;• Performs financial fluctuation analysis for key clients;• Performs more advanced data entry and quality document control;• Query management with internal and external- 3rd party stakeholders;• Assist Manager in preparing proposal for clients;• Supervises Accountants and Junior Accountants, and reviews draft deliverables;• Assists Manager/AM to implement internal control procedures and train junior staff.
