Function Purpose:The documentation engineer is responsible for correct and complete customer documentation on a project based business. This can be a wide range of different document preparation, depending on the project volume.On the one side it is the creation and collection of technical datasheets and product information, it also can include changes in existing manuals (e.g. operators manual, spare part catalogue). Đánh giá hoạt động sản xuất và đề xuất cải tiến- Phân tích hiệu quả sản xuất, đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến lên Ban Giám đốc.10. This role involves conducting physical, chemical, and mechanical tests, recording results, maintaining laboratory equipment, and assisting with troubleshooting production issues to ensure product quality.• Perform routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished insoles to ensure compliance with specifications.• Conduct physical tests (e.g., thickness, density, hardness, Tensile, Tear, color fastness…)• Operate and maintain lab equipment such as tensile testers, universal, Martindale, and material for testing• Document test results accurately and maintain detailed records of inspections, reports, and data logs.• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, providing feedback on test results to help improve production processes.• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols for insole manufacturing.• Ensure proper calibration of laboratory equipment and maintain lab cleanliness and safety standards.• Report any deviations from quality standards or product defects to the Quality Manager or related department.• Participate in internal audits and assist in troubleshooting product defects and quality control issues.• Maintain awareness of industry standards and advancements in quality control techniques relevant to insole manufacturing.• Report directly to Quality Manager
