Component evulation:- Participate in evaluating the raw material and new supplier/ vendor with SQE, review and propose to customer for alternative component.6. Equipment and Technology:- Evaluate and select cutting-edge equipment, tools, and technologies to support manufacturing processes, considering factors such as performance, scalability, and industry trends.- Collaborate with equipment vendors and suppliers to assess capabilities, conduct trials, and recommend strategic investments in new equipment or process improvements.- Lead the implementation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and technologies, ensuring seamless integration into existing processes.7. Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring:- Analyze complex process data using statistical methods, advanced analytics tools, and software to monitor process performance, detect trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.- Develop real-time process monitoring systems and implement statistical process control (SPC) methodologies to ensure process stability and capability.- Generate comprehensive reports and present findings to stakeholders and senior management.8. PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: Spartronics Viet Nam is seeking a Quality Engineer for PCBA and Box-build, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality control measures and procedures to ensure the reliability and performance of our electronic components and assemblies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes and products. • Làm việc với các bạn kỹ sư của từng dự án cải tiến để hiểu về các yêu cầu kỹ thuật của công đoạn hoặc của máy móc• Làm việc với các nhà thầu và các bộ phận liên quan để đánh giá thiết kế chi tiết của việc nâng cấp máy móc, công đoạn để cải tiến an toán, chất lượng, hiệu suất• Giám sát nhà thầu trong quá trình họ triển khai dự án tại Ariston, đảm bảo tất cả các hoạt động của nhà thầu được thực hiện một cách an toàn• Theo sát để giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh sau quá trình cải tiến, đến khi công đoạn chạy ổn định.• Cập nhật các tài liệu liên quan sau dự án cải tiến • Các công việc khác theo chỉ đạo của cấp trên

Để phục vụ cho các dự án đổi mới công nghệ dây chuyền sản xuất của Nhà máy Tecomen - Karofi tuyển dụng Trưởng phòng Kỹ thuật Tự động hóa NHIỆM VỤ CHI TIẾT- Phát triển và quản lý đội ngũ nhân sự phòng Tự động hóa. Tổ chức, triển khai giải pháp cho các yêu cầu về Tự động hóa Nhà máy: Thiết lập các tiêu chuẩn về tính năng/chức năng kỹ thuật, an toàn, chất lượng, tính ổn định khi phát triển máy, dây chuyền sản xuất.- Thiết lập và cải tiến hệ thống sản xuất trong nhà máy: Quy trình vận hành của dây chuyền sản xuất; thiết lập thông số vận hành thiết bị; đề xuất phương án đầu tư thiết bị tiên tiến.- Thiết lập, quản lý quy trình sản xuất: Giám sát, điều hành, thiết lập quy tắc đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và an toàn của dây chuyên sản xuất.- Đảm bảo quy trình vận hành ổn định, tối ưu năng suất, giảm lãng phí.- Phát triển và cải tiến nâng cấp MMTB/CCDC/Tooling/JIG- Thiết lập Layout dây chuyền dựa trên dây chuyền sản xuất mới, tối ưu dây chuyền sản xuất hiện tại- Phối hợp với các phòng chuyên môn, mua hàng, xưởng sản xuất, chất lượng, cơ điện, nhân sự để hoàn thành công việc và thực hiện các hoạt động cải tiến mang lại hiệu quả.- Nghiên cứu, phát triển công nghệ sản xuất mới.
