4G/5G RAN Engineer

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS• Education background: bachelor or higher, major: Telecommunications technology, Computer science.• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering or related field of study• Good knowledge at mobile system architecture, radio interface, protocols and signaling of state-of-the-art RAN technology (NR, LTE, UMTS…)• At least 3 years of experience working for major 3G/4G/5G RAN vendors• Network design for transmission bearer such as S1• eNodeB, gNodeB commissioning and integration capability• Able to communicate effectively in English• Family with Microsoft office, Excel, Power point• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage parallel time-critical tasks• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment• Ability to Travel as needed• Knowledge of databases, programming, AI, ML is a plus*** Working time and benefits: • Monday to Friday (08:30-18:00).• Short term and long-term bonus.• Huawei online and offline aboard training• Participating in full insurance benefits (health insurance, social insurance, unemployment insurance), the company supports 24/24 accident insurance and health care insurance for employees.• Professional working environment, multinational company, good career development opportunities.
