Job Description:As an AIOps Engineer, you will be a key member in building and maintaining intelligent AI/ML infrastructure, automating cloud operations, and leveraging AI-driven tools to monitor and improve system performance in real time, specifically as belows:
Setup and operate AI/ML platform infrastructure, ensuring stability, scalability, and efficiency for AI workloads.
Design and build AI platforms and analytics clusters with a focus on Generative AI (GenAI) applications.
Design, build, and continuously optimize cloud infrastructure, primarily based on AWS services.
Automate infrastructure operations and optimize system performance through scripting and DevOps practices.
Develop automation tools using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Develop and implement AIOps solutions to enable real-time performance monitoring, anomaly detection, and incident response.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Hands-on experience in building and managing infrastructure on AWS or other major cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure).
Proficient in using automation and configuration management tools such as Python, Terraform, and Ansible.
Practical experience in operating AI/ML platforms and tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow, or similar).
Experience working in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) environments, with a focus on automation, monitoring, and system reliability.

2. Working Environment
Working time: Monday – Friday. We work 40 hours per week.
