- Support Management of Executive Club Lounge team.
- Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service.
- Constantly seek to improve business results with new procedures, methods and policies and make recommendations to the Front Office Manager/Duty Managers.
- Handle complaints and take necessary action to ensure guests satisfaction.
- Improve service by communicating and assist individuals to understand guest needs, provide guidance, feedback and individual coaching when needed.
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor degree
• 3 years experience in a supervisory role in Guest Services, Front Desk, Housekeeping, or other area of operation within the Rooms Division
• 2 years experience in a guest facing F&B service role also preferred

• Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments; delegate work
• Ability to direct performance of staff and follow up with corrective actions when needed
• Ability to motivate staff and maintain a cohesive team
• Ability to determine training needs and provide corresponding training
• Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment
• Ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding guests and situations
