- Assist Experience Manager to the operation of the Experience department and the sub-sections (Tours and Beach activities, Boutique, Kids Club) ensuring product quality standards are met and exceptional service is provided to all resort's guests.
- Ensures hosts selection, training, performance, recognition programs, and host engagement initiatives are in place and monitored to maximize performance and retention.
- Ensures that standards and procedures are reviewed and discussed to drive continuous improvement to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Ensure health and safety of guests and hosts while participating in tours & activities.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experience in luxury sector is a plus.
- Excellent command of English communication skills
- In very good health condition with great endurance.
