The Health Club Supervisor is responsible to ensure the smooth functioning of the gym, fitness classes, pool, and wellness areas, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests:
- Supervise daily operations of the health club, including the gym, fitness studio, and wellness facilities, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee and schedule fitness instructors, trainers, and attendants, ensuring proper coverage and a welcoming presence for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness, functionality, and safety of all fitness equipment, coordinating with maintenance for timely repairs and regular inspections.
- Develop and monitor health club programs, activities, and classes, staying updated on industry trends to provide engaging options for guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to provide the best possible health and wellness experience.
- Conduct regular training for health club staff, focusing on guest service, equipment usage, safety procedures, and wellness knowledge.
- Monitor inventory and order health club supplies, including towels, amenities, and fitness equipment, in coordination with the Spa & Wellness Manager.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, including hygiene standards and emergency protocols within the health club.
- Assist in promoting resort wellness services and packages, providing tours and information to guests interested in fitness and wellness offerings.
- Prepare operational reports as required by the Spa & Wellness Manager, including guest usage data, equipment conditions, and staff performance feedback.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Proven experience as a Health Club Supervisor or similar role in a luxury hotel, resort, or fitness center.
- Strong knowledge of fitness equipment, wellness programs, and health club operations.
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED; personal training or group fitness certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
- Leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and guest-ready.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
