Main ResponsibilityRelated to the assigned partners, being responsible of end-to-end contest process including coordinating with Account Heads and partners to propose contest schemes; manage costs; issuance/communications of memos; evaluating the effectiveness of contests.Responsible for designing compensation schemes of assigned partners, estimation model and manage compensation budget to ensure a competitive, attractive, and efficient scheme.Act as the primary point of contact for banking partners, addressing their needs and resolving any operational issuesIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and partner satisfactionProactively collaborate with Account Heads, sales team and assigned partners to understand and find potential issues of the BAU activities and propose solutions on an on-going basis.Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements and company policiesOther support regarding operation management as required by business from time to time

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree related to finance, accounting, business administration or economics.Minimum 3 years of experience in Insurance or Financial Service Industry (relevant experience in financial planning is a plus).Sharp analytical thinking and possess good financial/business senseGood communication (verbal and written) skills in both English and Vietnamese.Good stakeholder management skills and effective coordination with partners.Detail-oriented, teamwork, and hard working.Solid quantitative and analytical aptitude.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Proactive and able to work independently.Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
