- Manage Chinese restaurants operations to ensure quality service and standards while delivering a guest experience that is unique.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations concerning health, safety, or other requirements.
- Assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards.
- Responsibilities include ensuring guest and associate satisfaction.
- Assist to manager lead team achieved budget as planning promotion.

• Customer and Personal Service – Knowledge.
• Good at English skills (writing, reading and oral comprehension). Cantonese is a plus.
• Working knowledge of basic computer software programs (MS Office, POS, restaurant management software).
• Economics and Accounting – Knowledge.
• Drive promotions that deliver great experiences for guests at a good value.
• Hands on approach.
Qualifications
College graduated; hotel or food & beverage related diplomas.
Experiences
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the same position at 4 to 5 stars hotel.
