Control quantity and quality of food & dishes served for guests
Effectively control the quantity of equipment and goods of F&B; keep them from broken or damaged
Initially handle all of guest's complain with the most satisfied solutions
Timely report circumstances that out of handlable ability to FB Manager
In-charge of outlet training to make sure training and coaching are follow up
Other tasks as assigned.

At least 3 year experience in relevant postion
Strong in customer service & problem solving skills
Good communication in English
