Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily shifts to ensure smooth operations and adherence to all standards.
- Assist the Store Manager with staff scheduling, inventory control, and financial reporting.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to the team.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure the cafe is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for training and developing people.
- Good understanding of cafe or restaurant operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- English communication skills are an advantage.
