Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets established by management, by:
● Maintaining and growing existing customers
● Increasing customer’s portfolio by market research, relationship building, cold call, and prospect visit.
● Increasing product usages, insuring adequate coverage and distribution when and where applicable
● Delivering a unique customer experience while engaging and providing them a timely service. Achieve the above in line with company sales policies and strategies
Key duties and responsibilities:
● Increase Park of B2B Nespresso Machines in designated Channel and Area according to the target.
● Increase Sales Turnover according to Company’s requirement to ensure yearly, quarterly, monthly target.
● Managing customer’s portfolio in Center Vietnam
● Identify new opportunities, actively visit and meet with key decision makers, present the products, quotations and finalize deals.
● Prepare weekly / monthly reports according to manager requirement.
● Prepare a daily/weekly report
Additional Responsibilities:
● Support the commercial and marketing team for all marketing activities.
● Support the debt collection process of their accounts and when necessary gets involved to solve payment problems.

Skills & Experience
● At least 2 years’ experience in the Sales / Horeca sector in Center Vietnam.
● Dynamic, proactive, motivated.
● Action oriented with a strong drive for results.
● Negotiation skills.
● Ability to interact with various levels of people (local and foreigner) and build relationships.
● Excellent English/Vietnamese communication level.
● Stress Resistance and Perseverance.
