Backend Developer (NodeJS, Java, Golang) - Up to 35mil

Technical Requirements Strong programming skills in Node.js, Java, Go, or equivalent server-side language. Solid understanding of microservice architecture and service design principles (e.g., statelessness, service discovery, API gateway). Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services. Experience with database systems, both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis). Hands-on experience with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ. Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS ECS). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment automation. Understanding of API security, rate-limiting, OAuth2, JWT, and data privacy principles. Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing tools (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Postman). Exposure to cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and services like Lambda, S3, RDS, SQS is a plus. Soft Skills Requirements Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. High sense of responsibility and code ownership. Effective communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams. Curious and continuously learning new technologies and patterns. Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments. 📈 Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in backend development with microservices (mid-level). Experience in fintech, high-availability systems, or event-driven architectures is a plus.
