RESPONSIBILITIES
Support overall Vietnam representative office operations by preparing market trend analyses and providing strategic insights to head office.
Manage budget execution and expense reconciliation processes of the representative office to ensure transparent and efficient operations.
Support local accounting and tax compliance by collecting and managing relevant documents and liaising with external accounting firms and tax authorities.
Handle HR administrative tasks, including posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and contracts
Collaborate with the head office sales team to assist in proposal and quotation preparation, manage the prospective customer database, and support key buyer meetings.
Support sales management and exhibition participation by preparing for and managing booth operations and local sales activities.
Facilitate efficient communication of new product launches, pricing policy changes, and major business issues between head office and local stakeholders, and collect and relay local feedback.
Provide comprehensive support for representative office establishment and renewal, contract management, visa/work permit applications and extensions, and reporting and licensing with relevant authorities
REQUIREMENTS
Nationality: Vietnamese
Fluent in English and Korean. (Proficiency in advanced level English and Korean required)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, etc. preferred
At least 3 years’ experience managing local staff and organizational operations
Understanding of AI, SaaS, or IT solution industries, with hands-on sales or marketing experience
Able to commute to and from the Ho Chi Minh City office
[Preference]: 5+ years’ experience as a Branch Manager, General Manager, or in a similar leadership role, acquired through full-time employment at a company (freelance experience excluded)
[Preference]: Experience in accounting and finance management, including tax and compliance operations
[Preference]: Experience designing and managing HR systems and handling labor relations issues
[Preference]: Experience operating a subsidiary or branch of a multinational company
[Preference]: Strong local network in Vietnam and experience with government or public-sector projects
BENEFIT
Working hours: 08:30~17:30 (Lunch break 11:30~12:30), based on Vietnam time. On Mondays, due to the morning meeting: 08:00~17:00.
Workplace: (Ho Chi Minh City) Ben Nghe, District 1, HCMC.
Excellent performers may have the opportunity for rotational work at the Korean headquarters
Salary: In accordance with the wage table of company
